there's a maturity issue. Their maturity levels are very different from other races of men. Black men are extremely immature well past age 30. They only really begin to mature around age 50. They tend to become normal mature adult responsible people by age 55 but by then it's typically too late because of having 50 years of immaturity led them to jail, death etc.
White males tend to start to mature around age 16. There is a complete maturation around age 40 for white males.

That is why it saddens me when I see others who were supposed to succeed where their brothers had failed, falling into the same snares of lust in the flesh, lust in the eye, and the pride of life, all bringing all lowest of the low, until it is their children who see the error in their mother's way, and the false idolatry of our father's intention. One deceived by the other to perpetuate lawless evil for many still yet to come.

Blacks have "been in America" for ages but they are not successful here. They are only hired for government jobs, when the government forces private companies to hire them, or when companies have no other applicants because they cannot compete on their own.
