Dumb-shit- overkill? Maybe, maybe not- but six shootings in that neighborhood in Pittsburgh is alot. maybe there was a gang war going on- how would you handle that? Maybe those poor people that live there should help the police rid their neighborhoods of the criminals instead of complaining about social injustice.
