It is regarding the indigo children and superpsychic children.
Drunvalo Melchizedek always brings up the 'indigo' children and I believe it is a great disinfo in this regards.

He also started that the kids running around shooting other kids in schools is these indigo children when these are undoubtably mind controlled slaves from monarch, mkultra or similar departmental mind experimentation factions.
