This photo just signals a new stage on the process of packaging "occult" satanic messages (2).
Besides upscaling it explicit graphics brough to the utter limits, it is also explicitly referenced in text, to make sure that even the last idiot will not miss it. This is the role that was previously assigned to the Illuminati Web of Disinformation (3).

Not the Picture, the Line is Horrible!
There is indeed something horrible in the article, this line:
