Simple carbohydrates and vegetable oils are pure poison. Eat mostly meats, leafy greens, Animal fats like butter, tallow, and lard. Avoid highly processed oils (vegetable oils are unnatural and highly toxic). Avoid carbohydrates( zero carb is best). OP has no idea what he is talking about. Don't be a sheeple OP. I already said green leafy vegetable were good. Vegetable oils are toxic( not cold pressed oils). Grains are bad. Animal fats do not raise cholesterol but lower it(in the blood), with out killing the brain like statin drugs. Also cholesterol is needed by the body. I only eat boiled meat. I eat vegetable oils. I drink a lot of water. I only drink water. I do not eat junk food like french fries, hamburgers or pizza. I eat sweets very rarely.
