Some people with schizophrenia do have more ability to organise - I myself have suffered from schizophrenic symptoms for twenty years but have been able to work as an artist and travel the world. Here in the UK we have a now almost famous free-thinking psychiatrist called Rufus May who has been treated for psychotic illness himself.
I have a great deal of interest in this whole area and consider myself well-read regarding both the factual history of MK Ultra and the speculative history of Project Monarch. Something about L.G.Arrigo's post rang true to me. |

I looked up some history on this woman, and she has grandiose delusions. She is actually a raging lunatic. If she were involved in everything she claims I don't know how she would have had the time. Her sister claims she started have psychiatric episodes at the age of 15, even though she is very intelligent, which may be part of her problem.
In addition to being in on 9/11 treating Bin Laden, etc.. These are just a few of the things (there are many others that conflict with time lines all over the place) she claims to have accomplished:
(May 24, 2008) CIA Director George Tenet sent me over to the Pentagon in August 2001 to pick up the 9-11 planning documents
I gave General Schwarzkopf briefings in Saudi Arabia during the 1991 Iraq ground war.
I had also been training military officers, especially ones from Office of Naval Intelligence since about 1970.
They had assigned me a rank of Rear Admiral for well over a decade.
I was the only US intelligence person who had been inside Russian shipyards before. I played the part of a Russian Admiral once in Russia and lived to tell about it.
The Pentagon in August 2001 still had me listed as a Major from a mole hunt assignment that I had done in about 1998 there.
I asked Tenet to get me a rank of a one-star general at the Pentagon. He called over and that issue was discussed with a 3-star general on the JCS. The general said that to be effective in accomplishing what Tenet wanted I needed to be a 2-star. In some sense that was not unreasonable; I had set up the Pentagon's Remote Viewing Defense Protocols. No one of the JCS had a clue about Remote Viewing Defense unless I was at those meetings.
I beat General Westmoreland in a series of war games when I was quite young. Those war games had started out theoretical and then moved into the war room at the Pentagon. We ended up playing with real troops on the ground in Vietnam. The game was to capture territory. He lost the competition. He liked military style campaigns with men dead at the end of them.
I was thrown into the Vietnam War on CIA assignments where I had to "walk point" on recon team.
I was used to going into Russia and into very dangerous situations. In Vietnam, I was asked to find shoulder launch missiles, VC headquarters.
I was also asked right after the Tet offensive to lead a recon team into an area the US had lost and do an analysis of why the US had lost a battle. We got excellent intelligence by lying in the mud with the US dead as the VC set up all around us.
I was good at the war games in Vietnam, because I could 'feel' the positions of the VC in the jungles on the hills as if I were them over there at the same time.
it was due to my accuracy that I ended up as a remote viewer for Directors of CIA from the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962 to 2004.
When I later played war games with Pentagon generals at Camp Pendleton etc, I always won.For example, once we were due to play war games the next day at Camp Pendleton in August. It was likely to be blazing hot. I sent some of my men up the hills to set up noise making devices on timers at specific locations which would self-destruct.
Others I sent on a recon mission to the opposition camp. They waited until that team had packed their kits and then replaced the water in the canteens with dirt. The opposition hiked out in the morning without rechecking their kits.
I had some of my men lure them up the dry barren hills to look for us.
I had ordered all of my team to promptly regroup below the cliff and stay in the shade of it or in the ocean water. Many of them were not pleased with me. They said, we should be fighting the war games not just playing in the surf.
I told them, there is no need for us to fight, the weather will defeat them for us. It did. They spent all day exhausting themselves looking for us in those hills and not being able to find us. They had to surrender from heat exhaustion and lack of water.
All I had to do was supply the sunscreen and the picnic for my men. The other side should have had the good sense to sit down and rest in the shade. But due to their eagerness to fight they defeated themselves.
When I trained Israeli military and intelligence officers in remote viewing in the 1990's, they also insisted that I play war games with them. I beat them too.
Then I challenged them to come into Chechnya with me and stop a Russian assault that was going on there in the early 2000's. The Russians were slaughtering civilians in large numbers. It made it look like Stalin was alive again. We only had a two-week period of time, so we trained some of the locals how to prevent Russians moving their trucks into their area to set up bases from which to slaughter them.
I like to train military and intelligence people on battlefields.
The Israelis have a lot of brave and effective fighters and intelligence people. |

Having stumbled across this blog, I would like to correct some misinformation.
I am Sue Arrigo and I trained for 2 years at University of California Irvine Medical Center in 1983-1985 as a Nephrologist. I am a kidney specialist by training, not a Neurologist.
My sister Linda Gail Arrigo has done excellent work in Taiwan in helping their Democratic Party and Green Party. I respect her political work and hope that my revelations about the US govt. and CIA have not caused her difficulties there. However, that appears not to be the case. I can understand that she would want to distance herself from me.
As she went to Taiwan with my father who was a US military advisor when I was 9 years old, I have rarely seen her or had contact with her since. Thus, I find it sad that she has spread false information about me without having anyway of knowing the facts. I assume that my father in military intelligence has fed her those lies about me to try to discredit me for the obvious reasons.
As a covert asset of the CIA's I did not talk about my work inside the CIA even to my mother and closer sister Jean, until after my cover was blown. It is to my credit that my sister Linda did not know about my CIA work. I worked inside the CIA for many decades as a remote viewer for DCIs. I also worked in my outer life as a Medical Director for a company in a stable job for over a decade. No one at the CIA or that company ever thought I had a serious mental illness, or I wouldn't have been there the next day. These were the people I was working with everyday and knew me well enough to judge my behavior.
In Aug. 2004, I refused an assignment from Cheney to frame Iran as developing nuclear weapons. Cheney had asked me to go to Iran as a physician to treat children as a "humanitarian gesture". I am not a pediatrician and said so. He said a camera crew would go with me and in would rush an Iranian looking man claiming to know where the Iranian govt. was making nuclear weapons. By saying that I was too busy as a physician in California to stay more than a day in Iran, I got him to admit that the rest of the filming of the underground bunker was scheduled to be made in Hollywood anyway. It was a 'Wag the Dog" type of propaganda piece. After I refused, Cheney threatened the life of my mother.
The story of the Kuwait neonates being pulled from incubators by Saddam’s soldiers in August, 1990 was a fabrication.
“The girl in front of TV cameras told the world under tears that she saw how Saddam Hussein's soldiers take babies out of their incubators and let them die on the cold floor.
In November 1990 Bush told this lie to the poor soldiers.

The week after I refused, I was kidnapped in Virginia, tortured in an underground CACI facility next to CIA headquarters and injected with CIA designer drugs. After I was released, I was thrown into a mental hospital to try to prove that I was crazy. The CIA uses long acting BZ and amphetamines to discredit people. I had no previous psychiatric hospitalizations and had never been prescribed drugs by a therapist. I had, however, seen therapists many times because of the mental problems that the CIA had given me in MKULTRA. Those were Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Dissociative Identity Disorder which used to be called multiple personality disorder. I have seen therapists at several torture treatment centers recently. Certainly, I would have been diagnosed as schizophrenic by one of those many therapists and put on anti-psychotic medications, if I had been. Their opinion on the subject is the relevant one, not my sister Linda’s.
Please read Dr. Colin Ross's book Bluebird: the deliberate creation of multiple personality disorder by [CIA] psychiatrists. He wrote it after receiving 15,000 pages of CIA documents on a Freedom of Information Act Request. He confirms that the CIA's favorite way of disposing of its victims is to lock them in a mental hospital and try to throw away the key. He also proved that most of the board members of the False Memory Syndrome Foundation were CIA mind control researchers. They would have been put in prison for torturing people if their victims were believed.
My symptoms when I was hospitalized against my will in Aug. 2004 were not consistent with schizophrenia. I was suddenly unable to dial a telephone number or to navigate a car using a map, symptoms of a drug induced disequilibrium, not schizophrenia. I was fearful from just having been tortured, but was sane enough to know that talking about my work at the CIA would not help my situation. I was not having voices in my head directing my actions. I did not even have alters speaking in my mind. The medical physician promptly let me out of the hospital as sane but suffering from sleep deprivation. It took many months before the effects of the BZ wore off. Being given CIA drugs to try to get others to believe you are crazy, is not the same as actually being crazy.
In schizophrenia, people are deluded and allege things that never happened. As their allegations are looked into, one does not find others who collaborate them. There are no CIA documents that confirm the gist of what they say to be true. There are no other victims reporting similar crimes with similar modus operandi, because they have made up the fabric of their nightmares out of chemical imbalances in their minds. The exact opposite is true in Dissociative Identity Disorder. People with that disorder deny what actually happened to them as a defense mechanism. There are many CIA documents and other victims independently giving their testimonies to support what the CIA did. Law professor Scheflin in Ground Lost: The False Memory Debate at www.psychiatrictimes.com/p991137.html addressed the issue of whether memories recovered after trauma are accurate. He says that all memories are recovered and that the science on memory shows that post traumatic memories are as accurate as regular memories; namely details may be wrong but the memories are remarkably accurate for the gist of the events. Thus he concludes that for the purposes of the courts, all memories should be treated the same---as eye-witness testimony.
Mind control victim Paul Bonacci was awarded 1 million dollars in damages by the court in 1999 (see www.raven1.net/ra1.htm ). Note that the book the Franklin Cover-up was written by an ex-CIA officer, DeCamp, under the acknowledged guidance of CIA director Colby ,his boss in Operation Phoenix in Vietnam that tortured and assassinated over 20,000 civilians without due process of law. So while his book provided a low level black fall guy to blame the torture of children on, it protected the CIA and the US administration.

It's a pity her sister cannot tell the difference between schizophrenia and dissociative identity disorder, which she said she suffered because of her treatment by the CIA. A highly qualified neurologist is not likely to become suddenly schizophrenic and start lying about her experiences. Either her sister is in denial, is totally ignorant of what has happened to her or has been threatened and ordered to discredit her by pretending that she has a history of mental illness, despite which she managed to gain an M.D.......LOL! |

Within a week I was taken hostage, drugged, raped and tortured for 4 days. I overheard the men who raped me talking about their duties guarding the same US official who had given me the Iranian assignment. They said that if I ever talked that I would be locked up in a mental ward, drugged, tied down and raped nightly. While being injected one of my torturers said, “With this in your blood, baby, no one will ever believe a word you say.” It is fairly standard to discredit people using a long lasting hallucinogen, like BZ ( See [link to www.levity.com] with an amphetamine to prevent sleep, and indeed I had a sudden severe problem with insomnia. Within days I was thrown into a mental hospital against my will and told again that I might never get out to make the threat even more frightening in my mind. Fortunately, as a Christian Science believer I was given no medications at the hospital and managed to get out after the 5-day observation period because the medical doctor recognized my symptoms as sleep deprivation and metabolic imbalance. The threat that I would be thrown into a mental facility for the rest of my life, drugged up and tied down still exists. And that is in spite of the fact that I have never attempted suicide, and never will as it is against my religious convictions. NSA whistle blower Russ Tice had a similar experience.
Had I actually been crazy, I never could have held a stable job as a medical director in California for 14 years. I coped with severe torture by using a skill called dissociative denial, which is the opposite of making things up. The treatment for it is not drugs, it is telling the truth about what really happened, instead of pretending that it didn’t happen.

She says that she was tortured in Ireland by CIA and British intelligence officers and raped orally and rectally in order to terrorise her so that she would not speak out.
She was forced to sign documents that effectively declared her insane and confined to mental hospital. She was given a drug which interfered with REM sleep so that she would become crazy after this torture and brutal treatment.
