In WWI, Germany arrested parents and told their children to go into Russia as street children and report back on railway troop movement, failure to return with the required information would result in the parent’s torture or execution. I did my assignments under the same threats and had been tortured by the CIA and DIA since I was 3 to 4 years old using electroshocks, drugs, cold, sleep deprivation, and deprivation of food and even water. Later as an adult, if I had a partner, I was forced to break up with him, under the threat that he would be killed, if I refused. None of my life was truly my own. At a moment’s notice I would have to make excuses and go off on an espionage assignment. My work as a doctor had to be part-time and flexible. Most of my work involved going into the Soviet Union to assess their nuclear missile arsenals, as well as to garner related documents. It was very dangerous work and I was tortured on more than one occasion by the KGB as well. I was also tortured by the CIA in the basement of their HQs for failing to force a KGB official, Konstantinov, in New York City in 1983 to become an agent for the CIA as a “double agent”. My memory was later confirmed by an old newspaper account of Konstantinov expelled from NY as a KGB spy in 1983. At the time, I was an occupational medical resident at Columbia University and already extremely overworked and sleep deprived from being on-call. The CIA was unwilling to hear any reasons for failing at an assignment. I was last tortured by the US government in August of 2004 for refusing an assignment. I was living in Virginia within commuting distance of CIA HQs at the time. In this instance, I was approached directly by Dick Cheney of the White House who wanted the assignment to be off the record because he feared leaks within the CIA. I was given the assignment to go to Iran as a doctor “volunteering” to treat Iranian children as a humanitarian gesture. A TV crew would “happen by” and start filming, then in would rush a CIA agent of Iranian features announcing he knew of a secret Iranian nuclear weapons development lab in an underground bunker. I was told that the rest of the filming with that agent and myself would occur in Hollywood with a mock up of said weapon’s lab. It would be a made for TV news propaganda piece like in the movie “Wag the Dog”. When I refused to do the assignment on the grounds that it was immoral, he threatened my mother’s life. Since my mother had recently told me to not to give my torturers demands, even if she paid for it with her life, I held to my no. Within a week I was taken hostage, drugged, raped and tortured for 4 days. I overheard the men who raped me talking about their duties guarding the same White House official who had given me the Iranian assignment. They said that if I ever talked that I would be locked up in a mental ward, drugged, tied down and raped nightly. While being injected one of my torturers said, “With this in your blood, baby, no one will ever believe a word you say.” The standard CIA “cocktail” is a long lasting hallucinogen, like BZ (see [link to www.levity.com] with an amphetamine to prevent sleep, and indeed I had a sudden severe problem with insomnia. Within days I was thrown into a mental hospital against my will and told again that I might never get out to make the threat credible. Fortunately, as a Christian Science believer I was given no medications at the hospital and managed to get out after the 5-day observation period because the medical doctor recognized my symptoms as sleep deprivation and metabolic imbalance. The threat that I would be thrown into a mental facility for the rest of my life, drugged up and tied down still exists and could be executed. And that is in spite of the fact that I have never attempted suicide, and never will as it is against my religious convictions. Russ Tice, an NSA analyst who blew the whistle on US domestic spying was similarly thrown in a mental hospital to give him a record of being “crazy”. According to CIA documents quoted in Bluebird this is the standard procedure that the CIA uses to discredit people or even to “dispose” of them by throwing away the key. Had I actually been crazy, I never could have held a stable job as a medical director in California for 14 years. I coped with severe torture by using a skill called dissociative denial, which is the opposite of making things up. I am a kidney specialist who trained at the University of California at Irvine Medical Center in 1983-85. (California Medical License # G 50197) I treated Bin Laden on more than one occasion since 9-11 for the US govt. who promised him safe passage out of Afghanistan and free medical care the rest of his life. He was, after all, a loyal CIA operative doing exactly what was wanted by the leaders of the New World Order. I treated him right after he was flown by helicopter from Afghanistan to Pakistan. At that time he had a peritoneal dialysis catheter infection causing peritonitis and sepsis. Because the infection could not be cleared by anti-biotics and required removal of the plastic catheter which required surgery, I recommended that the surgery be done on board a US naval vessel. I was then flown with him by US helicopter to the ship where the surgery was done. After the successful surgery done by the ship's doctor with myself as an assistant in the procedure, I called both his mother and one of his brothers to report on his condition as they were very worried about him. Before calling them I called the White House and spoke to Bush Jr. and Cheney both to make sure whether I should offer them the same promises as earlier. They both said yes, although Cheney was looking for a way to back out of it. There was no hint that the Bin Laden family considered Osama, my patient, to be an unwanted or discredited member of the family when I arranged for him to get a chance to visit them the next week in Saudi Arabia, where he was flown by US military transport.

I next treated Osama Bin Laden in the US. I was told by the CIA to go to Walter Reed Hospital, on July 12, 2004 (if my memory serves me on the exact date) to see him. At that time, under an assumed name held in protective isolation he was in kidney failure and near to death from a transplant rejection crisis and/or infection. He was exceedingly ill, but his family and he had specifically requested me to see him and in the face of his possible death the Bush administration did not want to deny the request. Because I am a remote viewer I was able to see what the problem was and addressed it by having all of his lines and catheters surgically removed while he recovered from the infection. Regardless of whether the administration used Bin Laden to foment their wars of aggression and he cooperated with him, my duty as a Christian and a physician was to both pray for his recovery and work to assure it. After he got over that crisis, he was sent to a facility in Vermont to remain hidden. Unsatisfied with his medical care there, he requested that he be allowed to continue seeing me. He was then moved to the Mt. Weather base near where I was living while working part-time at the CIA, Mt. Weather, and the Pentagon. He had the use of a house there in the woods of the base, under an assumed name without sporting his beard or Arab garb. Medically, he was doing much better at that point and I saw him only twice at that location, before other events interceded--Cheney asking me to go to Iran to frame them as developing WMD as I refused. Bin Laden is not a demon incarnate as the Western media portrays him. He is a person like Bush, Cheney, and many others in intelligence who I happen to disagree with the methods of because they believe in the power of death, torture, and destruction to accomplish their goals, not diplomacy, cooperation, and care of others as Christ directs us to do. Many will consider me a traitor for treating a patient like Bin Laden. Others for revealing that I did so when it could harm US foreign policy or even Bin Laden's life. But when our policy is immoral and murders innocent children, women, and men around the world, from El Salvador, to the Congo, to East Timor, then it is likely that it is my duty to report the truth as unpleasant and as inconvenient as that is. It has not been easy for me to come forward with this information. It was while I was living near Mt. Weather in early August 2004 that the information that I was treating Bin Laden there leaked from my agency controlled personality to my regular personality. I had gone for a hike with Bin Laden on part of the Appalachian Trail below Mr. Weather as a mental health measure as he was going stir crazy from hiding on the base.

Because her email (attached below) was so mind-blowing, I immediately googled Arrigo and found several entries including a note on one website in which Arrigo claimed to have been kidnapped, raped and threatened with death in 2004 (this was NOT mentioned in her email to me). In addition, I checked online and verified that she was indeed a licensed CA physician, although her license expired in December, 2006, and her current residence is in Canada.

In her email Dr. Arrigo asked if I would help her get the word out to interested persons. I would ask that anyone who receives this communication to do all they can to spread the word regarding her accusations that AIDS is a man-made disease.

Over the past two decades there have been only a handful of other physicians and health professionals who have had the courage to alert the public to evidence that AIDS is man-made (namely Robert Strecker MD, William Campbell Douglass MD, Eva Snead MD, and Leonard G Horowitz DDS) . As an ex- CIA physician with high level access, I wrote a report for DCI Webster in about 1991 arguing for closure of all the US Bio-Warfare Labs. I did that after reviewing the Ft. Detrick and the CIA's Langley Bio-Warfare Labs's research, looking at their own documents. That review was authorized because Bush, Sr. had sold dangerous Bio-Warfare agents to Hussein, which I ended up having to recover from Iraq. Webster, as a former judge, willing to evaluate the evidence, allowed me to research the field and write a report for him of close to 100 pages and 1000 pages of supporting documents.

Although the focus of my report was why the Bio-Warfare Labs should be closed, the issue of the HIV virus developed by the Ft. Detrick lab formed about 18 pages of my report. At the time I wrote that report, the vaccine for HIV that had been developed in 6 months of work, had already been used by the Cabal since 1983.
It was a crime against humanity that the virus was unleashed on the world, and it continues to be a crime that the vaccine has been kept secret and for private use only. Meanwhile, the outer research to get to a vaccine is an exercise in how not to arrive at a solution before millions more die. The initial "hopes" for HIV per its designers was to be able to walk into Africa and take the resources from a ghost continent. They had hyped it as killing everyone there within a year, in their pre-release reports.

The research at the Labs addressed the fastest way to make vaccines to Bio-warfare agents, both in labs, at a front, and impromptu on a battlefield. That was a pressing concern and one that was researched using millions and millions of dollars.
Briefly, the consensus at the time was that

1) Any agent from a sick soldier left in a Waring Blender for 8 hours would be broken down well enough to not be infective in small doses ( ie. less than a 100 germs). The Labs had made an IgM set of antibodies to sediment out the human HLA antigens by centrifuging it. That allowed the supernatant to be used as a vaccine with little serum sickness problems. A physician in a war zone equipped with a Waring Blender, a blood specimen centrifuge, and a vial of the IgM could make a fast "fresh" vaccine and start inoculating soldiers. The labs tested that using a variety of agents and common cold agents. It was only if one wanted to store the vaccine in vials that one got into the problem of denaturing the proteins of the agent due to heat, chemicals,etc. That was where most of the problems of loss of effectiveness crop up.

2) The Labs found that causing a 1cm by 1cm abrasion until one got lymph and applying a drop of the "fresh vaccine" and a band aid, worked almost as well as an injection. The abrasion could be caused by three fast firm strokes of very fine sand paper over a template with a square of skin bulging through it. This method had much less serum sickness problem. The major problem was occasion keloid and scar formation and superficial infections.

3) The Labs also showed that it was possible to make a crude live vaccine as an emergency directly on the battlefield. The principle was that infection occurs when the body's defenses are overwhelmed but that the body can usually fend off 10 to 50 organisms even of Bio-warfare agents. It was a simple dilution to get the agent into the right ballpark, starting with a secretion of a sick person. Then a drop of that dilute live agent would be placed on an abrasion. That was also tested during war games with colds etc. The diluted material can't be stored for longer than an hour due to the risk of multiplying the agent. It was assumed that in the field it would not be known whether the agent was a virus or a bacteria. A bacteria that divided every 20 minutes could be 8 fold in quantity after an hour and risk causing the infection one was attempting to prevent. Of course, such a live agent could be extremely dangerous and except in an extreme emergency would not be used.

4) The issue of how to quickly sterilize a make-shift vaccine was also addressed in the research. The best method was to dry the agent, if time permitted. Second best was to preserve the agent in Vodka (40%), not gin, etc., and then to dilute it down to less than 2% alcohol before applying it to the abrasion.

That means that a simple vaccine for HIV can be made by virtually anyone in the world in a short period of time, though it would likely need to be repeated periodically to get and keep the titers up. But repeating it is a good idea anyway as that helps address the mutation problem. So, suppose one took 1 cc of secretions from each of 10 HIV patients in an area (without fungal infections preferably) and mixed them together to have a range of HIV agents. Then one could add 250 cc of Vodka and let it sit a week. Then one could remove a cc of that and add 20 cc of clean water to get a less than 2% alcohol solution. A drop of that could be applied to an abrasion. That, I believe, would give you about 60% protection. Repeating that at intervals of about 2 weeks to a month for 6 months and using new HIV secretions every 6 to 12 months, I think would give one fairly good protection in a person with a normal immune system to start with. Of course, that is a crude method and should be tested for efficacy etc. But it is simple enough to test on sex workers, if they were willing to volunteer. They are at such high risk that the likely benefits almost certainly outweigh the risks. The chief risk would still be sensitization with human HLA proteins. The beauty of using abrasions is that one can wash the vaccine off as soon as any untoward reaction is noticed.

It would be good to get it out to those who could investigate this information with the intention of saving lives with it. Bio- warfare research is immoral and illegal. Unfortunately the US govt is accelerating that research and production of secret private vaccines.

More likely, she was asked to entrap Iranian officials sexually, then blackmail them into revealing information about Iranian nuclear facilities that could be used to frame Iran in the same way that Saddam Hussain was framed with bogus evidence for having WMD so that his country could be invaded.
