If not maybe we could make one. We do have the original 1776 documents which seem significant in content if earth is still earth. More so we have the history of the rebels that tried it once before.

Hello, Kent. Maybe when the electronics go down and everybody starts from ground zero again. Right now you can't piss on the street without somebody catching it on camera. Looking at the ISS and the computer gliches caused by a mild EM surge from the solar panels, it won't be long before a huge solar flare or other cosmic wave wipes out the machinery. That is the time, my friend.
