I want to share a horrific experience that should serve as a warning to anyone using or considering using binaural beat brainwave entrainment.
I overdid it with a program called I-Doser, for hours at a time, days on end. I ended up the other night with convulsions that are still keep coming back. I am still tripping. My pupils are still dialated. I was unable to control the projections from my subconscious (those images and thoughts you see and get while falling asleep) for some time. I keep getting these terrible rushes through my nervous system, and it's not relenting. I am experiencing tremors, sleep disturbances, exhaustion, inability to sleep, mood swings, scattered mind, auditory distortions, hypnogogic hallucinations, and sheer terror. I was extremely scared that I would die.
I issued a warning to the I-Doser forum and it was deleted. I posted another warning and soon after it too was deleted and I was banned. This, needless to point out, is highly suspect. I am still not sure what will happen to my brain and body, if there will be permanent damage, and if I will ever feel quite right again. Quoting: Agnes 260148

Okay, my advise would be to stop any brainwave entrainment practice if you don't enjoy the experience or if it irritates you. You should use this technology to learn to access states that helps you, and don't abuse ! |

I used (not abused) brain wave entrainment for about 12 months several years ago and found that it does work. However the states it creates are largely unsatisfying and artificial. I thought I could use it to supplement my normal buddhist samatha meditation (which I have done for thirty years). Absolutely no comparison! Samatha works at much deeper levels and is heaps more natural, gentle and satisfying overall. Agnes go and get proper instruction on meditation.. |

There ARE other forces at work and brainwave entrancement is one way to get to YOU. |

Hay I just wanted to say I have been using I-doser for several weeks and especially the 5HTP and it just makes me sleepy. The Quick Happy Dose will make you ALERT!! and you will feel it working through your body (of course through your brain to get the sensations).. I also went to the Hemi-Sync website and bought the "GATEWAY" hemi-sync cd it actually has 6 waves and comes with 3 cd's each 1 hour long and costs 99.00 with tax it's 109.00... this is cool stuff and it works... you do have auditory experiences and out of body projection and it seems to heighten ALL SENSES!! you know things are there when you cannot see them.... it's really strange how our brains work and we only use 30% or less of our brains so messing with the other percentage will bring big shock to your mind... also I suggest buying "KUNDALINI the AWAKENING it opens up all CHAKRAS and you experience stuff that does not seem possible.. you must be careful when opening up all chakrasbecause once there open there IS NO TURNING BACK!!! for those of you who freak out easily... this is a cd you play with headphones as well as the hemi-sync gateway experience.  |

Try taking .5-1 mg of melatonin every night for awhile
before you goto sleep
as this will help to put all of your sensors,
glands.. back in working mode; the pineal
gland is the regulator of all glands and pretty
much everything that goes on in the body

It seems that you are seiure prone. Do you have similar problems when you watch TV for a while.
This music is created to relax you.
There are all sorts of brainwave entrainment programs available. Some of them are designed to wake you up.
There are also programs that you can set to various sound frequencies for various purposes.
I have hemi-sync tapes, have listened to them often and have no problems. Actually I don't even have the effect they claim to give you. Its nice music, and I daydream a bit. Maybe that is what it is supposed to do. Pleasant day dreams by the way. |

I have got 2 new cd's that everyone might like they are:::

They will load you up with meds YOU DON'T need and will never work because you don't have any illness they think you have.. They will diagnose phycosis and all sorts of B.S. because they won't be able to pinpoint what the true cause is.. AND BELIEVE ME! there are spiritual forces that are aware of you tapping into higher conciousnessand just because you might not believe in demonic entities does not mean they are not there THEY DO BELIEVE IN US!!! TRUST WHAT I AM SAYING I invoke these entities doing my rituals... so if you abuse the binaural beats and any other brain entrainment you are opening yourself wide open to things you will not comprehend... I get scared all the time but I only use them when needed (cd's)Just imagine if I showed up for a shoot with dilated eyes!! and freakin out on stuff no one else could see!! I WOULD LOSE MY JOB!!.. you must ahve respect for unknown realities.. Our reality and what we see is so miniscule its like a spec of dust compared to whats really there in our unseen world.. opening our minds to greater knowledge comes with a greater price to pay but KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! so you must be able to enjoy that power and not lose your mind at the same time...
Agnus.. whomever told you to smoke weed...DON'T DO IT!!! it will only fog your mind and won't let it heal... Listen to the cd's I listed and you can drink a glass of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay which is a dry white wine and only 12 dollars a bottle and only if you are 21!!!! years old or older and drink the glass while relaxing and sitting down to listen to your cd's to help you calm your mind..You do not want sweet wine because of the sugar in it and it will give you a bad headach afterwards because of this... so only get dry white wines and red's have alot of histimines in them which will cause stuffy nose and headache while relaxing to these cd's (or any other's you choose)..
Remember do not EVER repeatedly listen to binaurals hours on end Agnes because if you do become crazy you would be better off on an island eating bananas and coconuts if you are sane enough to be able to open them!!!! then having to go to a mental hospital... and POSSESSION IS REAL!! folks.. it does happen and the symptoms you explained could very well be possession whether no one wants to believe it or not... and it is not FUN! and it takes a long time to get over and sometimes you never get over it.....EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not had such an experience but those who investigate should use discretion.
I have used biofeedback for myself even in not using an subliminal but a GSR device and using my own mind/abilities to solicit response I desired.
Seems many who get into this forget the amount of work one generally completes before ethereal experiences disrupt us-knowing the lay of the land so to speak. One can achieve through meditation,NLP,subliminals,biofeedback, exercise(whirling dervishes),drumming, RESONANCE....or even others with hallucinogens like peyote,shrooms,???
Ultimately, if one is not ready to go to a certain level and they force it-it is DANGEROUS and can have miild to heavy consequences.
Like trying to put a heavier electrical load on a wire that cannot handle it
could cause damage
Like wanting to run before one can walk, or wanting to boat before one can swim-potentially opens the door to problems
Or another consideration:
It could be raising alarm so their CODEX ALIMENTARIUS is more easily passed-restricting health options and alternative options or choices, regulating even vitamin C
Just like all the crazy killers with guns...attempting to change gun laws could be anothers agenda
