Dangers of Brainwave Entrainment

I overdid it with a program called I-Doser, for hours at a time, days on end.

There's nothing wrong with any holosync, hemisync, bi-audio brainwave enhancement.

You can overdo drinking and start vomiting blood.
This doesn't mean we shouldn't drink a glass or two of red wine every few days.



I've used Holosync for about a year now. I have always followed the directions on use, because I believe the warnings on over-use. Reading this post makes me glad I didn't disregard them!

Although I never went beyond the prescribed usage, while using the first level, I did use the program rigorously and push the usage to the max. Then I had a period of time that I discontinued use and looking back, I can see where the heavy usage was causing problems in my life.

I don't want to get into the "problems" here, because they will only become a topic of debate and I will end up having to justify things. However, I equate using Holosync to using weights to exercise. They both tear things down. And so that muscles or brain matter can rebuild stronger, rest is needed. Over use only inhibits the program.

I personally have received great benefit over time with brain entrainment and I think if used properly it can be helpful. I understand as one poster said, that this is SPAM, however, this can be used a honest feedback for someone looking in to this technology.

Hay I just wanted to say I have been using I-doser for several weeks and especially the 5HTP and it just makes me sleepy. The Quick Happy Dose will make you ALERT!! and you will feel it working through your body (of course through your brain to get the sensations).. I also went to the Hemi-Sync website and bought the "GATEWAY" hemi-sync cd it actually has 6 waves and comes with 3 cd's each 1 hour long and costs 99.00 with tax it's 109.00... this is cool stuff and it works... you do have auditory experiences and out of body projection and it seems to heighten ALL SENSES!! you know things are there when you cannot see them.... it's really strange how our brains work and we only use 30% or less of our brains so messing with the other percentage will bring big shock to your mind... also I suggest buying "KUNDALINI the AWAKENING it opens up all CHAKRAS and you experience stuff that does not seem possible.. you must be careful when opening up all chakrasbecause once there open there IS NO TURNING BACK!!! for those of you who freak out easily... this is a cd you play with headphones as well as the hemi-sync gateway experience.

O.T.O(ORDO TEMPLI ORIENTIS) but I practice alone at home 4 nights a week doing EXTREME ritual magick.. which means my mind and body have to be in tune altogether.... No ONE should ever F*&*&*ck around and abuse binaural beats because once you open up full Kundalini THERE IS NO CLOSING IT!! it STAYS OPEN AND THATS THAT!!! it will mimic chronic fatique syndrom, depression, ADD and all sorts of other illnesses tat will be misdiagnosed by doctors and will lock you up in a mental institution if your not careful.. They will load you up with meds YOU DON'T need and will never work because you don't have any illness they think you have.. They will diagnose phycosis and all sorts of B.S. because they won't be able to pinpoint what the true cause is.. AND BELIEVE ME! there are spiritual forces that are aware of you tapping into higher conciousnessand just because you might not believe in demonic entities does not mean they are not there THEY DO BELIEVE IN US!!! TRUST WHAT I AM SAYING I invoke these entities doing my rituals... so if you abuse the binaural beats and any other brain entrainment you are opening yourself wide open to things you will not comprehend... I get scared all the time but I only use them when needed (cd's)Just imagine if I showed up for a shoot with dilated eyes!! and freakin out on stuff no one else could see!! I WOULD LOSE MY JOB!!.. you must ahve respect for unknown realities.. Our reality and what we see is so miniscule its like a spec of dust compared to whats really there in our unseen world.. opening our minds to greater knowledge comes with a greater price to pay but KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! so you must be able to enjoy that power and not lose your mind at the same time...
Agnus.. whomever told you to smoke weed...DON'T DO IT!!! it will only fog your mind and won't let it heal... Listen to the cd's I listed and you can drink a glass of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay which is a dry white wine and only 12 dollars a bottle and only if you are 21!!!! years old or older and drink the glass while relaxing and sitting down to listen to your cd's to help you calm your mind..You do not want sweet wine because of the sugar in it and it will give you a bad headach afterwards because of this... so only get dry white wines and red's have alot of histimines in them which will cause stuffy nose and headache while relaxing to these cd's (or any other's you choose)..
Remember do not EVER repeatedly listen to binaurals hours on end Agnes because if you do become crazy you would be better off on an island eating bananas and coconuts if you are sane enough to be able to open them!!!! then having to go to a mental hospital... and POSSESSION IS REAL!! folks.. it does happen and the symptoms you explained could very well be possession whether no one wants to believe it or not... and it is not FUN! and it takes a long time to get over and sometimes you never get over it.....EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

OK I'm starting to feel better today.

Appetite is returning, stuff is not smelling gross anymore. Convulsions are easing and easier to control consciously. Hypnogogic hallucinations / subconscious projections still assaulting me but letting up. Waking trance (or what I think is waking trance) not as intense. Zombified feeling going away. Normalcy and mental clarity returning. Vile rushes up my spine and sensation of skin burning subsiding, too. Strobing / flashing vision going down. It comes and goes, but is better. Pupils still dilated like crazy.

Found someone who used to sell entrainment products but now crusades against them after suffering similar symptoms to mine (though to a lesser degree). He told me not to listen to it anymore, that I would probably have flashbacks for a while, and that the symptoms would ease and eventually go away. My pupils are still dialated. I was unable to control the projections from my subconscious (those images and thoughts you see and get while falling asleep) for some time. I keep getting these terrible rushes through my nervous system, and it's not relenting. I am experiencing tremors, sleep disturbances, exhaustion, inability to sleep, mood swings, scattered mind, auditory distortions, hypnogogic hallucinations, and sheer terror. I was extremely scared that I would die.

I issued a warning to the I-Doser forum and it was deleted. I posted another warning and soon after it too was deleted and I was banned. This, needless to point out, is highly suspect. I am still not sure what will happen to my brain and body, if there will be permanent damage, and if I will ever feel quite right again.
