Those who are the keepers and monitors of the UFO/alien cover-up will never legitimize the subject in a full blown disclosure but are allowing controlled leaks such as this. I believe they fear the masses will be shocked into disclosure by the occupants of the crafts themselves like almost happened in Phoenix AR. This is a huge story but most folks here have been sensitized to such things due to numerous hoaxes being perpetrated and exposed in this forum, e.g. Aussie Bloke.
This story would have a larger effect if it was mainstream with emphasis instead of being found on the back pages of some obscure newspaper.
