vinegar is different from eating an apple which is very good for us. the vinegar is fermented and has qualities that kill bacteria and keeps our bodies in balance, I understand. The cloudy kind is a bit better, not filtered. The cloudy stuff is called the "mother". wine is also a product that is decomposing to a degree but wine that has fermented too long becomes vinegar. white vinegar is of some use too but the apple cider vinegar is better. juices and ciders themselves are not fermented like vinegar, there is a chemical change and they are different. taking some each day will keep you skin soft and a host of other health benefits. Just google cider vinegar and you'll gets lots of useful info. cider is great. thanks for reminding me to use it more, I've fallen off lately
