The Bible. Why so many contradictions?
Why so many contradictions in the Bible? If you don't
believe the bible contradicts itself, then I suggest you
look up the passages below.

I think the reason for the contradictions is that the bible
writers were channeling both dark and light spirits. It
was intentionally written that way to see which side
humans would choose.

It seems that there is more darkness channeled in the
Bible than light. I assume that the bible writers receiving
these messages became afraid and wanted to know
more, so they tuned into the dark side to find out more.
That is where they got their inspiration, it did not come
from the light (good) side.

Those who choose to believe in the religions of today
are all centered towards many disasters and the earth
being destroyed with many people being killed. They
believe that God is going to do this, but he will somehow
save them as they are the true religion, out of the hundreds
if not thousands today.

You people are doing the work of the dark side. Those
who are envisioning a peaceful earth are doing the work
of the light side. Take a look at the choices you have made.
You are the cause of disasters in the world. Stop giving
your energies to the dark side.

The dark (evil) side says that the earth will be destroyed:

2 Pet 3:10 - But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in
the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a
great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat,
the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned
up.

God will kill a lot of people:

Jer. 25:33 - And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day
from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth:
they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they
shall be dung upon the ground.

...including innocent people, children, handicapped as well:

Rev. 19:17-18 - And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and
he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the
midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto
the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings,
and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the
flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of
all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

The light (good) side says the earth will never be destroyed:

Ps 104:5 - Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should
not be removed for ever.

Eccl 1:4 - One generation passeth away, and another generation
cometh: but the earth abideth for ever.

And that not only will the earth not be destroyed, God will treat
all people righteously, therefore he will not kill innocent people:

Ps 96:10 - Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the
world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall
judge the people righteously.

So now you will probably be scrambling to your bible for quotes
that will justify God destroying the earth and killing innocent people.
So there you go to the dark (evil) side of the bible channeling again.
You do not believe the light (good) side of the bible. You are giving
your energies to the dark side again.

Here are more contradictions.

God dwells in the light:

1Tim 6:16 - Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light
which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen,
nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

God dwells in the darkness:

1 Kings 8:12 - Then spake Solomon, The LORD said that he
would dwell in the thick darkness.
Ps 18:11 - He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round
about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.

Did God create the earth and life on the earth and then get
dissatisfied with it and want to destroy it?

Gen 1:31 - And God saw every thing that he had made, and,
behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning
were the sixth day.

Guess he changed his mind, or the dark (evil) side was
channeled in this message:

Gen 6:6 - And it repented the LORD that he had made man on
the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

So then religion comes along and says that God needs a house to
live in where sacrifices can be made:

2 Chron 7:12,16 - And the LORD appeared to Solomon by
night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have
chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice.

Oops, I guess he changed his mind. Religion seemed to have
missed that:

Acts 7:48 - Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made
with hands; as saith the prophet,

God is seen and heard

Ex 33:11 - And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a
man speaketh unto his friend.
See also Gen 3:9,10 Gen 32:30 Is 6:1 Ex 24:9-11

Now you see him, now you don't:

John 1:18 - No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten
Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
John 5:37 - And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne
witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen
his shape.
Ex 33:20 - And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall
no man see me, and live.

These contradictions are just the tip of the iceberg. There are many,
many more.

There are clearly two entities in the writings of the Bible. Which one
do you choose to believe, the dark evil side, or the light good and
loving side?

OP

You can 'prove' almost anything you want by quoting (taking) scriptures out of context. - As you have done.

The Bible must be taken as a 'whole' before one can understand.

There are NO contradictions in the BIBLE, only mis-translations or non-understanding.

Re: The Bible. Why so many contradictions?
OP finds fault with God for his lack of understanding....

Typical.

The Apostles asked Jesus, "Why do you teach in parables?" HIS answer is recounted in Matthew 13:11-17.

Basically, (since OP cannot understand I will witness The Truth on this to him/her), Jesus says HE teaches in parables so the people Will Not understand clearly.

Jesus Christ is The Word Become Flesh.
Know HIM, Abide With The Holy Spirit and you will Know The Bible. God Enables your Knowing.

No contradictions in The Holy Scriptures. The contradictions are within you. You either don't really Love God, or are not willing to trust HIM fully and totally.

Think God is supposed to come to you and ask you for your worship? Likely, you do. Most likely your self-centeredness is the cause of your alienation from God and why you find The Bible "contradictory". You don't really give a fig about God, OP, you expect HIM to come to you. You are playing at being god yourself which is the source of your contradiction bias.

If you give your life to God The Father, HE will Enable you to Keep HIS Judgments, Abide In-HIS-Will, and Know HIS Truth. Because you have no willingness to surrender your life to God, you see contradictions where there are none.

The Bible is boring. Move on. I am sooo SICK to FUCKING DEATH of hearing biblical shit coming from clueless fools who behave as animals rather than human beings.

If the GOD Christians worshipped actually existed, which He doesn't, then we would be obliged to spend our lives in defiance of Him.

Don't any of you people get it? All these things you rail against here on GLP and in your lives, Satan, the NWO, the Illuminati, Hidden Powers etc, all of this is part of one big irreducibly complex GOD MACHINE that runs the world thru the corrupt and warped thinking of EVIL MEN.

I implore you, join ME: refuse the empty, vain and duplicitous path of GOD: become an Emancipate, a free man, and perfect your soul! No-one is going to save us from ourselves, no Jesus, no Mahdi, no Maitreya, none of them are real HERE AND NOW.

We must form a group and organize, together united there is nothing we cannot acomplish.

APPARENT CONTRADICTIONS are opportunities for learning more precise and specific truths.

Those who emphasize "contradictions" generally do so as attempts to persuade and convince their own feeble minds that God is not...

Again, the Bible certainly does not contradict itself. With a little bit of time, effort, and contextual observation, it's easy to debunk any supposed "contradiction" that appears anywhere in the Bible.

Yes, man did WRITE the Bible, meaning we physically scribed it onto paper and eventually ran it through the printing press, but the books of the Bible are inspired by God.
It doesn't take a genius with a list of supposed contradictions to figure out that dozens of different authors spanning centuries of time that conincide with each other entirely is not a possibility by mankind's standards.

Man could not have written the Bible alone if he wanted to, and he wouldn't have if he could.

Isaiah 45:7 KJV
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

God does it all. Nothing exists outside of God as he creates it all. Any contradictions you perceive are him showing his likes, dislikes and personality to particular situations. Some are just lessons in conscious awareness, expanding it through potentiation. Like how a parent tells a child 'what could happen' if they play ball near a street or cross into it without looking. Doesn't mean it will happen but the 'potential' is there if we don't listen or are careless . However, if he says something 'will' happen, it will and not necessarily how 'we' think it will happen.

That's how I see it.

I must admit Man did a pretty good job with the last item,

The problem is not the Bible itself.
The problem is how man perceives the messages in the Bible to be anything other than what they are intrinsically.
When a man attempts to conform the Bible's messages to his own will and standards, and then acts accordingly, problems arise.
