As anyone mentioned the Rocket Launcher that was just found in N.J. yet?

Just read it on drudge
They are saying the rocket launcher is an AT-4 military rocket launcher.

The news is also reporting that it was located in the same area as flight path of Newark Airport.
I have shot these rockets in the past and I can say I don't think you would enjoy the back blast of these things on the back of your legs, which is what would happen if you aim the rocket at an airplane.
They have not yet said if it was just the tube and no rocket (I suspect it will be just the tube). |

Then if this was a bomb as some of you think, why wouldn't they release this info. A lot of people here on GLP think that these terror strikes are made by our gov so that they can go on with other more sinister agendas. More funding for the wars, more money for Homeland Sec., more stripping of our freedoms, ect... So if this was a bomb, why didn't they say that it was.
My best guess is this was an aborted false flag operation.
The asbestos threat (in my opinion) is merely a scare to keep truthers away from the crime scene. Instead, we should get people to turn in their clothing for analysis. I'd contact Dr. Deegle about this at:

You cant really see the rocket, its fast and does not leave a smoke trail. I agree that It could be shot from the top of a building downwards. Hitting a jet would be hard as hell IMHO though. The jet would haft to be very close and unless you are talking about 9/11, then you should know that jets don't fly that close to buildings(ie Skyscrapers).
A lot of people keep the launch tubes as souvenirs, you can even see them in recruiting stations. |

The moderators here are highly active in censoring certain responses . It is highly likely they are actively involved in a cover up, and possibly connected somehow with the group that caused this explosion.
You can bet they're being investigated.

The AT-4 (AT= Anti-Tank) was a replacement for the LAW (Light anti-armor weapon) that allowed adaptation to existing night vision hardware. It's MAXIMUM EFFECTIVE RANGE (and if you did time in the Infantry, these things are seared into your memory) is 250 meters. It is not an anti aircraft weapon, so being found "under the Newark flight path" is as relevant as it being found next to the "Atlantic Shipping lanes"- and for the record virtually every fucking square inch of NJ is "under the Newark flight path".
It's nothing. It's an empty that's already fired it's round, it's not reloadable, like a bazooka, it's a one time deal.
When I was a kid in the late 70's you could pick up empty LAW's at flea markets for a couple of bucks and as kids who played Army we always had a couple. I'm sure that would get you ten years in the federal pen these days, but back then it was still America, not a Stalinist police state.
