Yes it does!
There WAS an mild eartqake in NY, around 24 hours after the incident the 18th, and to me, it seems possible that it was the result of preassure building up before the quake. Seemingly, there may be a massive build-up going on...
And there is certainly the possibility of this beeing an man-induced earthquake(HAARP-? or similar).
Is someone stretching their "muscles"??

CAMDEN COUNTY ' The United States Air Force has launched an investigation and hope to provide residents who heard a series of loud booms Monday with an answer to clear up any confusion.
Military officials at Whiteman Air Force Base at Knob Noster, Mo., assured the Camden County Sheriff's Department that their staff would do everything they could to determine what caused all the commotion Monday afternoon. Air Force personnel were not aware of any missions or training exercises in the area at that time that would have caused the booms that were accompanied by shaking in some areas. The staff at Whiteman informed the sheriff's department Wednesday that they will go through the necessary channels to determine if the mysterious sounds were caused by aircraft.
Residents from one end of the county to the other reported hearing loud, sonic-type boom sounds beginning around 2:15 p.m. The sounds and shaking that accompanied the booms shook windows, rattled dishes and may have caused some damage to walls where the sheet rock cracked.
The sheriff's department had contacted Whiteman, the St. Louis Earthquake Center and other agencies to find out

Maybe we did get our predicted explosions on the 24th after all??
Breakers opened and did not shut when they were supposed to, which caused fluctuations in the power flow that interrupted the power supply, Molica said. Some earlier reports said the cause of the outage was an underground explosion on Mission Street, but PG&E later denied this scenario.

What's different about this one: a left-wing guerilla group claimed responsibility!!

Explosions are being felt across the country since the steam pipe explosion in New York last week and a pattern is beginning to emerge. As I’ve stated many times before I don’t put much stock in coincidence, I tend to believe that when we are shown a pattern we must see it for what it is, but these days with media manipulation it becomes hard to connect the dots.
The areas affected so far, in no particular order, are Cincinnati, Winnipeg, Washington, San Francisco, Aurora, Illinois, Detroit, and now Dallas. Most of these have been described as underground explosions, hurtling manhole covers into the air and thankfully there have been few injuries in the path of this destruction. So what is going on?
The conspiracy forums are alive with discussion and debate about what is occurring, some speculate that the earth is shifting and blowing off steam, but others insist that we are in the midst of a huge false flag attack designed to increase hatred for terrorists, support for the war and fear in the people. But for myself, I tend to think it may be a little more complicated than that.
Our leaders have warned us over and again recently that we are under attack, from “gut” feelings to “terror dry runs” at airports to hospitals being trained to anticipate suicide bombers. But I have become quite cynical about our media and I have grown to question who the terrorists really are and how much we’re shown is scripted. I feel like we are being led to an inevitable conclusion, that nothing reported is random and they are showing us we need to be alert and afraid. And the conspiracy forums are becoming inundated with supposed government workers attempting to spill the beans of some great conspiracy against the people of the United States.
Recently on a popular conspiracy forum a self professed insider stepped forward to announce that sometime in August a false flag alien invasion was going to be staged. He claimed that it would begin with odd things happening across the country, nothing too frightening, just odd and enough to get our attention and then those events will later be attributed to an incoming alien force. Think Project Blue Beam.
And on a different conspiracy forum, Godlike Productions, yet another self professed insider announced that there would be an incident in New York on July 18, coincidentally the same day as the steam pipe explosion. Later, one more “insider” said to expect explosions on 7-24-07 and lo and behold, they happened.
I am beginning to think we are being prepared for some bigger event on the not too distant horizon, it feels as though the pump is being primed, I guess the only question remains is who will be blamed.
