There used to be a lot more info out there about Panchet and Riley. You can't find nearly as much now. Panchet and Riley have been known as "the technicians." There was a rumor that they were planning something in New York in August, 2005. This may be a repeat rumor. However, there is no doubt that they are vile men. I have often wondered if they were the two operatives who the British used a tank to get out of an Iraqi jail awhile back. You know, the guys driving a car full of explosives and they were wearing ME clothing.

NEW YORK — BREAKING NEWS: Fire and emergency crews responded to the scene of a suspected manhole explosion under a building in midtown Manhattan on Wednesday at the height of the evening rush hour, officials said. It is not terrorism-related, the officials said.
Smoke and steam was seen billowing above the east side of Manhattan, and several blocks were evacuated. There were unconfirmed reports that police were evacuating nearby crowded Grand Central Station.
The explosion occurred at 43st Street and Lexington Avenue.

Twelve guys from Israel's Kidon unit are going to target NYC (department stores, Broadway, other locae) with high explosives and possibly a mini-nuke and make it look like al Qaeda terrorists with "Iranian links" are responsible.
