I don't buy into the reasons given because of the severity of the blasts, but the OP is not proven right by the methods and places in the OP. However, how do we know that another scenario was not in the works and deferred to a Plan B? Kudos to the OP that something was going to happen, at least he called the day. |

Twelve guys from Israel's Kidon unit are going to target NYC (department stores, Broadway, other locae) with high explosives and possibly a mini-nuke and make it look like al Qaeda terrorists with "Iranian links" are responsible.
I know these guys are involved: Shmuel Harriman, Yitzhak Frenkel, Menahem Vitman, Don Palder, Ari Itzkovich, Jay "Crow" Stimpson, Michael Panchet, Don Lineweaver, and Yocheved Gilman-Katz. I don't know the names of the three other guys.
The way I was told, it's supposed to be "a dry run" to test warning systems, and this has secretly been given the go-ahead by Chertoff.
If you push this around the Net, I know for sure they'll scramble the show.

So I'd venture to say the OP's IP address, when investigated, will lead back to an anonymous proxy server in some third-world country... and even if they can obtain the server records, and even if the original IP address can somehow be ascertained, it will lead back to a public computer room like a library or university computer room.
We always joke about these "doom and gloom" posts on GLP - I even joked about this one myself. But I agree - we must give some credit to the OP here, because of the possibility that there might have been foreknowledge here. A test? A precursor? A dry run?
Who knows what else was going on in the city while half of the police and fire forces were responding to this and were obviously distracted. Ever think of that? Sure, off-duty people are called in, but they don't get there and get on the streets within minutes - perhaps not even within hours. Keep that in mind, perhaps this was a sleight-of-hand magician's trick - the old misdirection ploy.
Or it might be nothing and you can just go back to sleep. zzzzz |

At least 20 people were being treated at Manhattan hospitals. Two were in critical condition with severe burns at New York Weill-Cornell Medical Center, including the driver of a tow truck that was swallowed by a 25-foot crater. Officials said the man was in a medically induced coma. I would say that this is some heavy shit. Too close to be complete bollocks. The eye witnesses speak about TWO or more explosions. Don't you think it is possible that a small explosives device was detonated to make the pipe blow up? If you do this in the middle of evening rush hour in Manhattan, there is a very high probability that a lot of people will die/get hurt. If this would even happen in the middle of the night, I could say that it was just a coincidence.
No way, this means something. And how did the police know just minutes after the explosion that it was NOT a terrorist attack? How can they be sure without investigating it? How do they "know" that nobody did something with the pipe to make it blow up?
If I'm not mistaken, the OP spoke about several "hits" around NYC. This just may have been the first one, the milk run. The full range of stuff could still be on the way. |

How does this not match the prediction? Because the steam would be more of "a wet run?"

The op sounds legit. He got the city right, the day right, and the dry run bit right, looks like it. These names should be handed to the FBI. It could very well be that this was a dry run attack preparing for the big hit to promote an attack on Iran, all for zionism.
