SPANISH SOCIALIST GOV, PAYS OUT OVER 3000 DOLLARS FOR BABY BORN

The spanish Gov, from beginning July is paying out over 3000 dollars for every baby born. You have to be resident in Spain. This applies also to babies adopted and also babies in same sex unions. The money is only given out , paid to the mother, the father can only pick it up with a written authorization from the mother. In same sex unions the money is paid out to the partner they have agreed on.
Working mothers in Spain also get paid nearly about 200 dollars per month per child, till the child is 3 years old. So it would be a bulk sum of over 3000 dollars per child , paid to the mother, plus a sum of about 200 dollars per month, per child, till the child is three, this last case to working mothers.
Now that is tax payers money put in good use.
