to the best of my knowledge Clarkson is not making the gesture representing the horns of baphomet, to make this satanic sign one has to have the thumb tucked into the palm of the hand thus forming the head of the goat with the two middle fingers.
This being the sign that GW Bush and laura Bush both made when meeting the Queen.

Clarkson's version is different without the thumb tucked in to form the goats head and as such is less sinister. This version is also common hand sign 'on the street', or rather forms part of colloquial communication .

I have known Kelly Clarkson for the past 4 years, and have on going contact with her current albums' co-producer and musical director for her tours, Jason Halbert. I have spoken with her many times at length, and I can assure you she is not occult or illuminati oriented AT ALL!!! Her favorite thing to do is play Scrabble. She's good buddies with Clay Aiken, also as far away from occult as you can get(and she has a crush on him). She's a religious, down-home country girl with good values. She's very Texas-centric, and is a big fan of the Texas Longhorn's football team, and that is what her hand sign is relating to. I specifically asked her about that when I saw her do the sign at a concert I attended. She laughed and said it was her way of supporting her beloved Longhorns!!!

Her thumb is not correctly placed; it's not the correct sign in this case...sorry.

You are a MORON. The handsign she is making is both ASL and SEE (otherwise known as American Sign Language and Signing Exact English) for I love you. If you opened your eyes you would see that her thumb is sticking out from the rest of her hand which formes the L for love. Get a life and stop trying to see conspiracies everywhere.
