OP, it's not that people don't think about it. There have been a few documentaries on cable, CNN, whatever about issues that hint.
My personal take, I think many could be sold through adoption agencies. I know there are a lot of people that lose their children through agencies that are supposed to help, but hinder. Not ALL children are neglected.

Something is always in the back of my mind when a subject like this comes up. I think of the organs taken out of live persons in China. I don't care crap what their reasoning is for it. And I wouldn't be surprised if this is an International Trade thing.

The other thought, possibly it's true that people are taken underground. If so, I can't imagine them being kept alive indefinitely, unless there are experiments going on.

And I don't know of any countries anymore, that don't have controlled media. That makes it hard for everyone, all over the world, to know more.
