Yes, you are correct that there are tricksters out there who would desire nothing more than to steer someone away from the truth of their own power and God given right to free will. I do take what I want from channelled material since I discovered this phenom some 5 years ago. As they say "bullshit walks". However, there is much to glean from everything. I particlularly liked this part: "You can step into the flow of the Universe and create whatever you want. This has always been available to you but it can only happen when you are willing to lift it yourselves. By lifting the veil in your own lives you create an opening for the rest of humanity to do so. Are you ready to lift the veil in your life? Acknowledge your divinity and power, recognize that you are not alone and are loved unconditionally. Remember your Source connection and step into your power. Then the veil is lifted."

My interpretation of your concern over the relenquishing of our free will can be brought into a clearer light if God is brought into the picture. If one is to assume there is a divine plan for everything, it is then my will that God's Will be done. I live to do Gods work, and no one knows better than my higher self, God or my angels what is best for me. I want to do the "right" thing, and sometimes my ego driven will gets in the way. Many times I just plain fail to see the bigger picture, as I'm only human. I have surrendered many times to letting things just fall into God's hands. Believe it or not, it is when I do this that the Universe opens up and shows me the way.
