Personally, I think love has a lot to do with it. I have always been a firm believer in the idea that the only thing we will take with us from this dimension is love. You can create it with pure thought and you can give away as much of it as you wish. It is totally self replicating. Sometimes you can even see the emotion with your eyes. Many times I have seen it and said, "Now that is love!" It's awesome.

I have been going thru this process for several years now, and it does start off slow but we really dont have that much time left. It took me till recently to figure out what has been going on.

My advice would be to eliminate the negative sources around you~they are only trying to slow down your process and that isnt a problem for them. To identify the negatives (this could be people or situations) you have to just pay attention to how you feel around certain ppl or situations. Do you leave thier presence feeling drained, angry, or tired? Feeling like they are stealing your energy~then you know. They will try to sway you and they arent even aware of thier actions~this is thier nature and thier purpose for being here whether they know it or not.

Also the most important thing to ascending is to be in a state of unconditional love~all living things should be loved and respected. This doesnt mean ou have to fix things for ppl its quite the opposite of that. YOu have to step back and let ppl learn on thier own, you cannot guide anyone else where they need to go. So try not to be the "fixer" in situations that is stealing you own energy. As for ppl you feel that are your enemies you just send them love and be on your way you dont have to stick around for the drama. Once a negative feels you arent falling for thier tricks and giving them the reaction they are looking for they will move on to thier next victim. The more love you put out there the more challenges you are going to face. This is not an easy process so good luck
