When President Bush signed his dictatorship directive on May 9, he also appointed a NEW cabinet position.
It is called the "National Continuity Coordinator."
from the directive: "...the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism (APHS/CT) is hereby designated as the National Continuity Coordinator...."
The directive also states that this "new Coordinator" has 90 days to submit the "PLAN" (National Continuity Implementation Plan) to the president.
Well today is August 9 and it has been 90 days.
Therefore anytime after today, "the plan" is in motion.
The government sponsored TERRORIST event that is coming is now just a matter of time!

Those of you that are "people of prayer", please pray to God and ask Him for "Mercy" to prevent the soon coming "event"
There are many modern day prophets today who have seen visions of American cities burning because of a terrorist attack.
I know that there are scoffers in here that would mock the prophets, and so be it. There has always been scoffers when God sends His prophets to warn us. |

Ever seen FEMA's list of Executive Orders?
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
What is the Federal Emergency Management Agency? Simply put, it is the "secret government". This agency has powers and authority that go well beyond any other agency in the nation. What can FEMA do? It can suspend laws. It can move entire populations. It can arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and can hold them without a trial. It can seize property, food supplies and transportation systems. And it can even suspend the Constitution of the United States.
When the first concept had been presented, its original mission was to assure the survivability of the United States Government in the event of a nuclear attack. It's secondary function was to be a Federal coordinating body during times of domestic disasters. These disasters consisted of earthquakes, floods and hurricanes.
The "secret" black helicopters that are reported throughout the US, mainly in the West -- California, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado areas are flown by FEMA personnel. It has been given the responsibility for many new national disasters such as forest fires, home heating emergencies, refugee situations, riots and emergency planning for nuclear and toxic incidents. It works together with the Sixth Army in the West.
A series of Executive Orders (EO) was used to create FEMA. It does not matter whether an EO is Constitutional or not, it becomes a law simply by being published in the Federal Registry. These orders go around Congress.
List of Executive Orders
Executive Order Number - Meaning
10900 - Allows the government to take control over all modes of transportation, highways and seaports.
10995 - Allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
10997 - Allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
10998 - Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
11000 - Allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
11001 - Allows the government to take over all health, education, and welfare functions.
11002 - Designates the Postmaster General to operate national registration of all persons.
11003 - Allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
11004 - Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
11005 - Allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.
11051 - Specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
11310 - Grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
11049 - Assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
11921 - Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and flow of money in the U.S.A. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
President Reagan signed Presidential Director Number 54 in April of 1984 that allowed FEMA to activate a secret national readiness exercise. This exercise was given the code name REX 84. The purpose of the exercise was to test FEMA's ability to assume military authority. REX 84 was so highly guarded that special metal doors were installed on the fifth floor of the FEMA building in Washington, D.C. The only people that were allowed to enter the premises were ones who had a red Christian cross on their shirt. The exercise required the following.....
• Suspension of the Constitution of the United States
• Turning control of the government over to FEMA
• Appointment of military commanders to run state and local governments
• Declaration of Martial Law
So how much money goes into an organization like this? Well it has been discovered that FEMA has a quasi-billion dollar budget. However, about 6% of that budget goes into the relief effort. So why is it that they need so much money? Ever wonder where the President goes when it's said he is in a "secure location"? Well most of the time that location is a secret government complex built into a mountain. It's called Mt. Weather.

President George W. Bush has signed executive orders giving him sole authority to impose martial law, suspend habeas corpus and ignore the Posse Comitatus Act that prohibits deployment of U.S. troops on American streets. This would give him absolute dictatorial power over the government with no checks and balances.
Bush discussed imposing martial law on American streets in the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks by activating “national security initiatives” put in place by Ronald Reagan during the 1980s.
These “national security initiatives," hatched in 1982 by controversial Marine Colonel Oliver North, later one of the key players in the Iran-Contra Scandal, charged the Federal Emergency Management Agency with administering executive orders that allowed suspension of the Constitution, implementation of martial law, establishment of internment camps, and the turning the government over to the President.
John Brinkerhoff, deputy director of FEMA, developed the martial law implementation plan, following a template originally developed by former FEMA director Louis Guiffrida to battle a “national uprising of black militants.” Gifuffrida’s implementation of martial law called for jailing at least 21 million African Americans in “relocation camps.” Brinkerhoff later admitted in an interview with the Miami Herald that President Reagan signed off on the initiatives and they remained in place, dormant, until George W. Bush took office.
Brinkerhoff moved on the Anser Institute for Homeland Security and following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, provided the Bush White House and the Pentagon with talking points supporting revised “national security initiatives” that would could allow imposition of martial law and suspension of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, the law that is supposed to forbid use of troops for domestic law enforcement.
Brinkerhoff wrote that intentions of Posse Comitatus are “misunderstood and misapplied” and that the U.S. has in times of national emergency the “full and absolute authority” to send troops into American streets to “enforce order and maintain the peace.”
Bush used parts of the plan to send troops into the streets of New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. In addition, FEMA hired former special forces personnel from the mercenary firm Blackwater USA to “enforce security.”
Blackwater USA, in its promotional materials, describes itself as “the most comprehensive professional military, law enforcement, security, peacekeeping, and stability operations company in the world,” adding that “we have established a global presence and provide training and operational solutions for the 21st century in support of security and peace, and freedom and democracy everywhere.”
Blackwater is also a major U.S. contractor in Iraq and has a contract with the Bush White House to provide additional security work “on an as-needed basis.”
The Department of Homeland Security established the “Northern Command for National Defense,” a wide-ranging program that includes FEMA, the Pentagon, the FBI and the National Security Agency. Executive orders already signed by Bush allow the Northern Command to send troops into American streets, seize control of radio and television stations and networks and impose martial law “in times of national emergency.”
The authority to declare what is or is not a national emergency rests entirely with Bush who does not have to either consult or seek the approval of Congress for permission to assume absolute control over the government of the United States.
The White House press office would neither confirm nor deny existence of Bush’s executive orders or the existence of the Northern Command for National Defense. Neither would the Department of Homeland Security.
But my sources within the White House and DHS tell me the plans are in place, ready for implementation when the command comes from the man who keeps telling the American public that he is a “war time president” who will “do anything in my power” to impose his will on the people of the United States.
And he has made sure that power will be absolute when he chooses to use it. |

Yeah, I'm tired of waiting too. Let's get the show on the road already.
But before we get too excited about it, I need to tell you that it IS government, after all.
What I mean is... well, yesterday, on day 89, the prez probably went to that new NCC dude and said, "hey, you got that plan all drawed up yet?" And the NCC dude says, "like, yessir, I got it all in my head just how it's gonna be." and the prez then says, "Yer a good man, Brownie... er, I mean... whatever yer name is."
In 20 days, the prez will ask him, "hey NCC dude. How's that plan there coming?" and dude will say, "I'm right on top of it, sir. As a matter of fact I went out today and bought some paper to, like, print it out on, once I get it typed all out." Prez says, "I don't care what they say about you, NCC dude, you're alright in my book."
It could continue like that for some time. Or at least until Cheney steps in and lights a fire up somebody's ass.

You may not LIKE what you are reading and it may challenge your preconceptions. Read and make an informed decision. ... If every 9/11 truther (count me as one) knew what they've been doing behind the scenes to us, there would be no need for us to fight back.
In fact, I'd bet if Bush came out and detailed... bragged how 9/11 was pulled off behind the scenes and said, "Yeah, we did it... and what are you going to do about it?" -- virtually nothing new would happen. They're basically doing this.
I mean Nixon left office because of a theft... Bush is 1,000 times worse.

I like Watt, he's on RBN right now, but I disagree with him about Christianity. He thinks the bible is all esoteric and barrowed, good thing he doesn't say that much because that is something he can't prove.
Anyway he is right about most things and will tell it like it is. There are very few broadcasters that have it all figured out and it does take some speculation.
I've not even found a Christian preacher that has it all figured out, other than someone like Walter Veith, but nobody that broadcast regularly, so I tune into Watt and agree with him on the level of propaganda mind control in the world today. |

Bush will most likely not give the order, until the 3rd quarter of 2008, before the elections, but close enough so they can be cancelled. This will buy him time to become the dick tator. He knows that once this happens, the world will call bullshit, but he will shut down the net, where the questions on this act would arise from, he will roundup people like us who questioned 9-11, and with no president elect in the wings, he will be dick tator for life. This is of course, unless something unforssen happens, like China dumping the dollar, or, God forbid, a real terrorist attack (unlikely), or a national disaster.
The only problem with this plan is, he underestimates the resolve of the American patriots, including the military.
He and his Neo Cons will not last long at all. |
