I am moving into an apartment that is probably 400-500 meters from a large hill on which sits 3 red and white steel tower structures used for cell phone I believe. Is there a certain range in which you are in danger vs. safe?

But it's hard to get further than that way from them in a residential or urban enviroment because there are so many towers. The real danger is the phones themselves, I would be more worried about that than being a quarter mile from a cell phone tower.
