The mail man delivered them. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 222528I WISH THEY STILL DID DELIVER THEM. MY MAIL MAN PROBABLY WOULD IF I ASKED HIM TO, BUT I USUALLY JUST PICK THEM UP AT 7 AM ON THE MORNING THEY ARRIVE AT THE POST OFFICE. I'd Rather Be A Shootin' Yankees! |

True or not. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 216865NOT TRUE AT ALL. I GO OFF ALL THE TIME AND LEAVE MINE. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A SECURE PEN AND COOP, THEN YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. Anonymous Coward User ID: 188983 Germany 08/22/2007 05:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Our current 'brooder' threw the 1st half-hatched chick out. We tried to raise it 1 day, then put it back under her. She threw it out again, and its placenta came out of it. It sstill grew stronger and seemed ok, but I left the placenta attached thinking it would need the protein in it. This created a 'drag' affect, and I believe the 'new' stuff I saw emerging was part of its digestive track. Needless to say it died at the end of day 2. Poor little thing. Any advice for next time? JCD PS Still waiting for miss broody to hatch some more and hopefully care for them herself. |

I used to love getting a new box of peeps in the morning mail....that was twenty years ago. Had 90 hens and a few roosters....Aracana, the ones that lay blue and green eggs. My boys loved them too! Now i live on an 18 wheeler and am saving money so I can do all that again. |
