Quite the contrary I believe. If they actually go so far as getting ready, then they are ready for change. Ready for change and anticipating change will be completely necessary for the acceptance of change. I think it brings the energy level even higher. The higher the energies, the quicker we arrive! It does balance, there must be bad to have good. There must be dark so that we may see light. Besides, these people are not saying it's the END. If it were the END there would be no purpose in stocking up on things that could hold us for a while. We see that there is light after the struggle.
