Does anyone eat a hearty breakfast anymore?

I had grape-nuts, hot, with banana slices and honey and coffee with cream and suger. Filled me up.

I only eat when I am hungry, and I am never hungry in the morning.

Does coffee + a donut count?

i rarely eat breakfast.. just herbal tea and then i eat a big lunch and a small dinner.

Its been said before, but i will say it anyways.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

I start mine with a bowl of hot red river cereal, whole grain mix with flaxseed.
Then i top it off with 4 heaping tablespoons of hemp hearts.

This is enough to power me right past lunch and onto supper if need be.

I normally have 8 eggs over easy, 1 lb. bacon, 16 sausage links, fried potatoes w. onion, half a doz. biscuits w. hamburger gravy, a tall stack of flapjacks w. peanut butter & hot maple syrup, and a few slices of toast. Then I start lunch.

Just a typical American, I guess.

Big Breakfast YAHHHHH!

My wife past away a short time ago....there ain´t even any leftovers from the funeral.

I´ve been going out for every meal, except for when My daughter brings something over.

I have cut my meals down to two per day. BIG BREAKFAST! and a late lunch. Restaraunts are much less crowded then.

I don´t feel much like eating at night.

I was thinking today I need to hire somebody to clean and cook for me now. The fridge looks pitiful.

If anybody knows which cleaners my wife used I would be eternally greatfull, I´m missing pants and shirts, I´m pretty sure they are at the cleaners.

Everyday, somewhere between noon and 5:00.

Oatmeal (uncooked) with raisins, oat bran and either milk or soy milk. Sometimes a banana.

When we used to go out for breakfast on weekends (before hubby got dumped in his company´s last layoff) I have to admit that I would be a and get what IHOP calls the Breakfast Sampler - two bacon, two sausage, two pancakes, two eggs, hash browns and toast. Yeah, it´s terrible for me, but gosh, it was good!

damn trista. you are so much more disciplined than me.

i don´t eat junk at all. (well once in a while, i engage in vices)
but i´m not that organized at this point in life.

I´ve been doing this for about three months now and it does taste better as time goes on. I usually only eat organic food and stay away from meat altogether.

I take vitamins and bee pollen too.

But today I went to Burger King and had a double Whopper with fries and a Coke!

i take hyrdogen peroxide a couple times a week. you can feel that within minutes.

I think it´s probably similar to hydrogen peroxide. It´s a little bottle of O7 (stabilized oxygen) that I got at the organic food store.

I once bought a case of Penta water on sale for $35. Loved it, but it´s pricey. I think it´s worth it though, in retrospect.

ill have to check into it..oxgen in a 7 bond structure? hmmm...too late to think about it.

well i do know, if you´re stomach is acidic, it´s always good to take a little sodium bi-carnalate to get rid of the acid reflux.
