Sorry as much as I would want real information this is completely fake.

I listen to ATC (air traffic control) daily. Things that are being said, and how they are being said are completely inaccurate. The laughing is obviously because the people making this were having a good time. There are more inaccuracies in this tape then the 9/11 commission report.
