DO NOT do the potato-skin recommendation someone posted, potato skins have a blatant toxin and the 'eyes' and green layer under the skin have evil toxic drugs in them like hyoscyamine - it's just a scam to get you to pay good money for the industrial waste leftover from the canned and frozen potato industries that must dispose of their toxic inedible peelings that even the livestock industries won't buy from them for cattle feed by packaging them as "nutritional supplements". Don't buy leftover industrial waste at "supplement" prices.

nobody has mentioned 'Nettles'. A little of that, and a little potassium from parsely, and you will feel better; good enough to dig deeper on your own.

But the recommendations you've been getting here, do a google, put the substance they recommended + "MLM" or "network marketing" and you will see it's all "AMWAY" type brainwashed zombie disinfo by company reps and their gullible droids.

There's a company in Oregon called "Herb Pharm", and they were reputable until 1991 or so when they got greedy and started watering down their tinctures. Even still their formulas might still be trustworthy, just greatly dilluted from their glory days. They take serious chances, putting such toxic things as Mistletoe in their cardiac formulas based on their valid competence to deliver the correct needful dosage.

But screw them, I still say start with Nettles extract and potassium from parsely, not the popular but worthless banana-potassium myth, and afterwards you can see how you feel and adjust your strategy.

And cayenne is not a healer, i don't care what any "expert" says. It is a cardiac irritant, it makes your heart beat faster but not as deep, and that may lower the top half of your BP measurement, but that's the least important part, it's the bottom part that gives you strokes and it means you stuff too much salt in your pie-hole, but this is NOT a tonic effect, it is a toxic irritant effect. Also cayenne precipitates Gout and other arthritic symptoms. I crave red pepper myself sometimes, it is useful for opening circulation in limited circumstances, but cayenne is NOT "good for you".

CoQ10?, I was right there when the fad started 20 years ago. 10mg a day made me more cheerful. Increasing the dose brought me down, way down. Now you can only buy high dose capsules??? This is knowing and deliberate subterfuge, maybe by drug interests ruining formerly viable options. this crap is ONLY beneficial in trace amounts. The so-called "window" effect where too much is worse than none at all.

It's extracted from "Solanaceous plants" like potato and tobacco, did you know that?


SCREW the recommendations you got in this thread, get some herbal drops of Stinging Nettle, get some potassium from Parsely NOT from pills, stop eating stuff with MSG/Monosodium Glutamate, do that and you will improve enough to google further facts from a standpoint of hope instead of fear.

Grammy doesn't have to die just yet. When you prepare her food, soak the meat in two or three changes of water to get the chemicals out of it before cooking, then finally cook it by boiling. If she has problems going to the bathroom, she probly won't admit it, but give her tea made out of prunes or raisins. Brussels Sprouts are a green leafy veg high in minerals and they also loosen your bowels.

Do all the above, don't get suckered by MLM reps of debateable "supplements".

Please consider this: Even If I were completely WRONG(which I'm NOT), I didn't advise anything that could harm Grammy. So don't think about it, just do it. These elders took care of you when you were just little kids, and now it falls upon you to help THEM, and they're trusting you to do so. So don't "think" about it, just *DO* it. We've got the rest of Eternity to be dead, it doesn't have to start NOW.
