this is a guy who was in a hold up in texas ,i think it was 1990 ,when he emerged from the bank he was wearing the toto and waving his arms about like a looney he was subsequently arrested and imprisoned and later released on the grounds that he was clearly insane at the time of his arrest ,interestingly he now lives in newyork and is involved in the artists against crime movement ,i saw him once .
