how do I know if my third eye / pineal gland is open?

any experts in here can say?

well it doesn't open all by itself. Someone has to show you how to do it. If it is open, you'll see divine light and taste divine nectar. A high better than Crack.

BTW, fluoride calcifies around the pineal gland more than any other organ.

In my own experience it 'felt' something like feather
touch the slight space between the eyebrows.

Our third eye is always open to some degree, the question to ask is how do We know how much Our third eye is open. The answer to that is easy, We do just know; reference: muscle-testing (books: Oddysey of the Soul: Apocatastasis, and Power Vs. Force).

It matters not how much Our third eye is open, for an open third eye not applied/used towards the co-Creation of Our Highest Light, Love and Power is an open third eye that may as well be closed.

Common symptoms are pressure/heat/other sensations between the eyes/on the forehead, waves of extreme or varying emotion as the pineal processes expanded consciousness, rapid flow of ideas, numbers, sacred geometrical shapes that expand Our understanding of Who We Are/reality, and many others. Some pain/discomfort/turmoil is not uncommon although the journey can be pleasant if We help make it so.

I posted another thread about this, but some of my symptoms include:

* Increased psychic 'coincidences' intuition leading me full circle, 'the secret' principles work abnormally well.

* Felling my pineal gland 'pulsing' regularly every night -- rapid expansion, entering a world of pure blackness / whiteness.

* Rush of creativity and a drive for creative ideas and expression.

* Constant detachment from all that is human, even from the simplest things like eating and holding things.

However the past year I have done much spiritual work --- three mushrooms trips, much ganja use, and a lot of meditation, third eye exercises. I think I am seeing the benefit of this now. It is amazing, we can all make ourselves very happy.

I'll second the fluoride warning....

I disagree I don't know any Christian God I come from the school of thought that all of us are God, surely these benefits can't be a placebo because I'm not Christian

With an open third eye, it is common to see the so-called "violet-flame" or astral light at night, with eyes closed. It looks like a gaseous flame, opening and unfolding slow-motion like in a cycle lasting maybe 10 seconds apart.

I see something similar to this, it is a purple blob that gets bigger and bigger until it overtakes me and I'm in a three dimensional state of blackness.

No Amigo this is different, there was a guy in the sixties that advocated drilling a hole in your forehead to achieve "bliss", and his girlfriend after breaking up with him made a film on the same topic where she used a power-drill to do herself too. MY BEST GUESS is they were destroying the part of the Hippocampus that registers negativity, giving them "bliss". First of all the pineal gland is just below the centre of the brain.

Focus your inner atention at the third eye point and then pull it back towards the centre where the pineal gland is.

Best to practice it at night as you fall to sleep DAILY.


You'll know it's working when you feel a sense of peace and clearness after about a few months of practicing.

if it was completely open you may not be able to accept or assimilate all that you could see. The process is slow and on-going.
Many people will it to close once they have seen only with partial opening.

Symptoms;
-Throbbing in the region 24/7, can happen for weeks at a time or even months dull yet there.
-Random popping of the pineal during intense light work. (physically audible and sensed).
-visions of faces within the faces of others.
-seeing energy feilds around living things.
-Whisps of colour against dull backgrounds, ie sky, walls etc.
-You may see a tube of light emminate from your third eye into infinity.
-visions of energy movements be they tiny strings/sprites or humanoid shapes.

These are some of the symtoms I've had anyway. There are probably more yet as far as 'seeing' is concerned.


To stimulate third eye growth and opening....

-surrender to love.
-breathe light through the top of your head, into the eye and through your spine.
-have no judgement or shock at what may be seen.
-do not use the gift to control others.
-incorporate all the other energy centers/chakras for full development.
-try not think too much.

I thought I'd just share an experience I just had a few minutes ago! I was using the computer when suddenly I felt some energy on the middle of my forehead. It felt like my third eye is opening up...like laser shooting out of my forehead! I'm not sure but I got the feeling that this is the same energy that makes me want to masturbate strongly in the morning but I refused to j/off.

The sensation is pleasurable. I've felt this before and it's like reaching orgasm. I'm being honest here. If given the choice,I'd desire to have that sensation for as long as I can :)
