Hard to understand that video since they are talking about hearing musical notes in the signal whilst they are playing music on top of the fucking video. I mean why are they playing Mozart string concerto, what part is suppsoed to be the real signal???!! not very clear.
as for the speech bit that is weird, it sounds like the darlicks are there and saying 64 at the start and then something else.

Yes, and if said aliens are already orbiting around Saturn, they wouldn't be too happy at our attempts to turn the planet into a new sun!
Or would they encourage it for some reason? I find the whole Lucifer Project quite unbelievable at one level but again, if it's possible to ignite a gas giant, you can bet that some group somewhere thinks it's a good idea!
Maybe signals are coming from.
The size of earth or even bigger.. sigar shaped objects inside the saturn rings, could be this the reason for all the interest on saturn?

If anyone ever read/listened to Alex Collier (who I personally think is VERY creditable) he claims, noise that is heard in outer space is music to alien-races.
Those interested, I highly recommend watching this 12 part interview. I don't know which Part he discusses this 'music'...... but it's worth watching the whole thing anyway.
