I would think it's fair to say that most of the world is not saved. So you are right, it would appear "normal" to call the verse in Revelation fear mongering, and all the other things you said. However, just because most of the world doesn't believe it, doesn't make it false. Since God is the Creator, when He speaks through the Bible, what He says is true. It doesn't matter if it is the minority of the world who believes Him. Truth is truth.

The world of Noah's day is estimated by many Bible scholars to have had many millions of people in it. Yet only 8 souls were saved from the flood. I'm sure Noah seemed 'abnormal' to the "fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable,and murderers, and whoremongers,and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars" of his days, yet only he and his family lived. So who was the wise one? Not all the rest of the world who mocked and scoffed until the rains began, and the fountains of the deep broke up. What Character! God's plan for Joseph, the potential position that Joseph would hold (equal to a Prime Minister of a country) required 'refining, testing, trials, so that Joseph could become a polished refined purified vessel that God could entrust such potential as His servant.

Even though God 'allowed' things you aren't keen to accept, in wiping out people, in destroying Sodom and Gomorrah, in 'allowing the earth to swallow up the people who chose the opposite side when Moses asked 'choose whom you will serve'...was that a loving God? You bet it was.

That is a fair God. A God of Justice that shows NO impartiality to people, He will not go against His Character.

So this god of the bible was just in killing babies, bashing babies against rocks, having women kidnapped and raped, killing women and children and letting them keep the young virgins for themselves, looting the villages. Telling Abraham to kill his own son, then at the last moment tell him not to, what a cruel thing to do to a parent. Telling satan to torture Job for no reason, kill his children and livestock. And the list of this god's crimes goes on and on.

it means that the carnal mind will be destroyed. it is the carnal mind, through LIES that deceives people into agreeing with its ways and they then, by their own will, make themselves 100% the same as the carnal mind... when they do that, they destroy themselves with it.

if you focus on those two things, while asking God to help you, then He will come in and straighten your behind out and get you the victory over the influence of your carnal mind

If He did, then we would all be undone... so God has to stay in EXISTENCE, but HE does NEED non-existence to exist! so, because God always gets exactly what He needs (which is His heart daughter attribute), non-existence must come into existence, so these LYING beings broke off from God...

they are the source of all LIES, all EVIL, all DEATH, and all non-existence.

the whole point of Jesus coming to save us is to make available the existence (true Life) that is in God so that we can identify with Him by faith and be saved from the destruction of the evil-mind-beings.

I just remembered something else from the Bible that can help you understand.

There is a section that talks about a potter and some clay, the potter makes a vessel, but after it is finished he notices a defect, so he makes another one

you are the first vessel to hold the life of God, but the defect is the carnal mind put on your body by the evil-mind-beings through Adam's disobedience. so the potter, God, made another vessel, Himself as His Son. You need His Son's vessel to put your unique free will personality into, to be saved.

the old vessel has to be destroyed.

God is not trying to kill anybody or leave anyone out! that is a lie

thats why overcomers are people who loved not their own lives even unto death - that is, they understand this old vessel must be destroyed and that their real selves are saved in Christ through their faith and obedience to His Will via God's voice through the Holy Spirit

The bible condemns fortune tellers and psychics who make predictions about the future. But the whole bible is predictions about the future. The writers were being fortune tellers and psychics, there is no difference. Revelation is just fortune telling, psychic predictions. They do what they themselves condemn.
