Everything means something. Given the fact that for over a year now we have witnessed banter about a nuclear detonation in the continental US and not just from doomer conspiracy theorists, but from the Bush administration as well, doesn't it just seem strange that incompetent disregard for the transport of nuclear ordinance surfaces now?

Minot Air Force Base Airman Died While on Leave.

Remember the one about the B-52 bomber that, according to legend, had six nuclear weapons loaded onto it by accident, which, of course, could not have happened—by accident—for a dozen different reasons, or more.
Airman 1st Class Todd Blue was assigned to the unit that provides security for that bomber wing at Minot Air Force base. He died while on leave in Virginia. No further details have been released.
Was he on duty when those nuclear weapons were loaded onto the B-52, “by accident”?
I expected to see many more deaths of Minot and Barksdale Air Force personnel in the wake of this incident.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The body of a missing Air Force captain from Florida has been recovered in Skamania County, Washington.
Skamania County undersheriff Dave Cox says Captain John Frueh's rental car was found yesterday near Badger Peak and his body was discovered not far from the vehicle.
Cox says foul play is not suspected.
The 33-year-old captain arrived in Portland late last month to attend a friend's wedding. He last spoke with family on August 30th.

MINOT, N.D. — Minot Air Force Base officials say an airman from the base has died while on leave in Virginia.
A statement from the base says Airman 1st Class Todd Blue, 20, died Monday while visiting with family members in Wytheville, Va. The statement did not say how he died but said the incident is under investigation.
The base says Blue was a response force member assigned to the 5th Security Forces Squadron. He enlisted in the Air Force in March 2006 and was assigned to the Minot base the following August.
“He constantly stepped up to help out his fellow airmen and was a vital presence in squadron sports and volunteer programs,” Lt. Col. John Worley, the 5th Security Forces Squadron commander, said in the base statement.

Base officials say 20-year-old Adam Barrs was a passenger in a vehicle that failed to negotiate a curve, hit an approach, hit a tree and started on fire late Tuesday night.
Barrs was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver is identified as 20-year-old Airman Stephen Garrett.
He was taken to Minot's Trinity Hospital in critical condition

1st Lt. Weston Kissel, 28, was a B-52 pilot assigned to the 23rd Bomb Wing at the Minot base, said Lt. Col. Gerald Hounchell, the 23rd Bomb Squadron commander. Kissel died Tuesday in the crash, while on leave, the base said.
Kissel, a native of Tennessee, graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2004, and arrived at the Minot base in July last year, the base said.

The two airmen who were hit by a forklift on Davis-Monthan Air Force base on Wednesday were married.
Master Sgt. Melvin Peele, 38, was killed when he was struck by the forklift while walking with his wife to his car, which was parked near the base's high-tech warfare center.
Master Sgt. Lisa Peele, 34, also was struck by the forklift and suffered non-life-threatening injuries. She was taken to University Medical Center and was treated and released, a D-M news release said.
The accident occurred around noon on D-M's northwest side, near the James H. Doolittle Combined Air Operations Center.
Base officials wouldn't describe the circumstances surrounding Peele's death, saying only that it was being investigated by base and local law enforcement officials.
He was a member of the 612th Air Communications Squadron, part of the 12th Air Force based at D-M, said 2nd Lt. Mary Pekas, a base spokeswoman.
The 12th Air Force runs the air-operations center near where the Peeles were struck. The $50 million building houses communications equipment similar to NASA's mission-control room.
Lisa Peele is a member of the 355th Mission Support Squadron, part of D-M's fighter wing, Pekas said. The couple had been married about 12 years and have three children, said Lisa Peele's brother, Eddie Record.
They met in the Air Force, Record said in a telephone interview from Maine. Both were focused on caring for each other and their family, he said.
"He was an awesome guy," Record said of his brother-in-law.
Many young airmen looked up to Melvin Peele, said D-M's wing commander, Col. Kent Laughbaum.
"He was a very, very popular and talented" noncommissioned officer, Laughbaum said.
His 12th Air Force commander said the airman's energy will be remembered.
He "did what was expected of him . . . and a little bit more," said Lt. Gen. Norman Seip in a press release. "And it will be that little bit more that we will all come to miss, but appreciate."
Hundreds of airmen were acquainted with the Peeles, Laughbaum said, leading many on the base to feel as though they've lost a family member.
"We fly and fight together, which creates a sense of brotherhood," Laughbaum said. "Ultimately, that will create a wellspring of support" for the Peele family.
A memorial service is planned, though a date and time haven't been determined, the news release said.

Fact is though that Military Deaths in US are way up , unfortunately suicides are way up also. This Nuke incident may have caused alot of stress in the Air force as a whole, Lets hope these family's can be assured their men are still soldiers in a war on humanity. |

I say "Get rid of the July accident and just concentrate on the other deaths and you have yourself a conspiracy theory." The July accident took too long ago and was still close to Minot. The two officers and a security policeman have deaths while being on leave and are more recent. Concentrate there along with Congresswoman Dunn and you really have a conspiracy theory.

Let us say we know nothing besides what is stated. Even though the dates do not coincide with the time line correctly that is not a prerequisite for a correlation to the events surrounding the nukes. These individuals may have seen something run across something or had some prestage involvement themselves. The raw math is against death associations like this by a wide margin. I can't believe another thread has popped up on this subject. This assumtion is pure bullsh#t ...unless a complete and comprehensive comparison was done on all USAF bases around the world to compare death rate and timing this is just grade school crap.. Throwing out accusations with little evidence to back up these claims, is tabliodal (fux-news) at least, and like our govenment at worst. Quoting: silly 281351
I can't say for sure what this all means, but I am a military wife, and a former brat, with close to 40 years on bases all over the world. That is a high rate for a regular non-command base, esp considering the amount of time in between them.

Or are you saying that they're in the same Air Force (the United States one, I believe) as that of the people who carried the cruise missiles?

Duncan, you lost me when you tried to argue for a 'moment point rotation', as an explanation for why the pentagon 'plane' crash looked like a missile strike (wings folded back and followed the plane body through the hole). Remember your embarrassment? (No ---- probably a foreign emotion to one such as you.)

I'm not saying this is true or not, but just for the sake of argument...how long do you think it takes to plan something this sinister?? How many people do you think were involved and how many that were trusted, decided to back out at the last minute?
To say that just because these deaths happend a few months before the incident does not rule out the fact that they might have found something out they weren't suppose to, or perhaps they tried to back out after already being entrusted with certain info. Perhaps they were considered by tptb, too big of a risk to be allowed to live with what they knew. Perhapse they were only on the outer "layer" of the "onion" got suspicious and found out what part they ACTUALLY played in the "operation." Think people!
Does this mean that these deaths had anything to do with what happened? Unfortunately there is not enough evidence other than circumstantial to support that hypothesis, but it sure does look bad when you have that many deaths from the same Airforce base that was involved with this incident.
To say that just because some of these men died in the months prior to the incident and so therefor can not be related is like throwing the baby out with the proverbial bathwater. We need to stay on this and dig deeper to see if there are any dots that need connecting!

IT NOT UNREASONABLE to show a clear cause and effect on this when trying to convince friends that "Something fishy is going on"-other than "I read it on the internet"
IF we knew IF and HOW the Minot/Barksdale deaths were connected-we'd be scoring a point.
But we dont know who was involved in the transport or whistleblowing, do we?
If they JUST HAPPENED to be the ones whove died, THEN id say we are inserious trouble.
The NYT deaths are more concrete and hard to ignore- write an OP-ED article against the war, and within a few days you are dead...
Now THATS FISHY.
But on a sinking ship, desperate people do desperate things...

Come on people. No one is going to nuke nobody.
Nations waste BILLIONS just to keep "working" these bombs to ensure a somewhat hypocritical "peace". Not even Bush would dare to nuke anything.

Ha, for all we friggin know this hot nuke is melting the icecaps! Let's forget ice caps and put on our thinking caps for once. It's all serious, but a missing nuke within our own country is suddenly more serious than shrinking ice, for this affects us now, not ten years down the road. We can't overlook the lies, death and deceit involved. For gawds sake we have our children to look after. All children deserve safety. Period. |
