I heard about MMS a week ago and immediately bought book 2 and downloaded the CD's. Read and listened to the lot in 1 day. I got a bottle MMS and bought some citric acid and started on it 5 days ago.
I have kept a journal... see below. If you read it you'll see that it has not had any effect on me yet. I'm up to 15 drops 3 times a day, and I started only 6 days ago.
I started on MMS on Thursday Nov 15th 2007
About me
I'm in pretty good shape I think for my age.
Age: 60 years
Weight: 79 kg (6 or 7 kg's overweight)
Height: 178 cm or 5' 10"
Build: slight/meduim boned
My Health
Unfit, but I can walk briskly for 1 hour, which I do a few times a week, but I feel stuffed afterwards.
I am on medication due to a heart attack I suffered about 8 years ago. With dubious thanks to medications my blood pressure is 120/70.
From my last blood test taken 25th May 07:
Sodium 142 mmol/L
Pottasium 4.4 mmol/L
Chloride 103 mmol/L
Bicarb 25 mmol/L
CREAT 76 mmol/L
eGFR >90
CHOL... 3.6 mmol/L
TRIG... 1.1 mmol/L

Medications I'm on:
Carvedilol 25 mg twice daily
Ramipril 2.5 mg once daily
Pravastatin Sodium 40 mg once daily
Asprin 100 mg once daily
Supplements I take daily:
Agel's UMI and EXO daily
Brian Morley's Vital Balance products in a banana smoothie once a day:
Whey, Vital Go Plus, Vita Lift, Vital Five Systems, VFP for Men and Alkalize with his Alkalizer before eating.
My Diet:
My normal eating
Morning...
Smoothie on waking
2 eggs and thick bacon and a cup of white tea with 5 drops Stevia.
During the day... about 5 cups of tea, occasionaly one coffee.
Afternoon... some dry biscuits with cheese and peanut butter, vegemite, maybe a piece of pickled fish (herring)
Evening... Either
Salad with tinned fish (at least 3 days a week)
Fried rice with bacon pieces (once a week)
Noodles with onion and bacon pieces (once a week)
McCains or Weight watchers Frozen meal (once or twice a week)
Eat out (Caeser salad, Pizza or Pasta and a bottle of red wine) once a week.
I drink 8 - 10 cups of tea a day.
My MMS Journey
15th Nov 2007My bottle of MMS arrived this morning at 7:30am. I went to the supermarket and bought some Citric Acid powder from the supermarket (75 gms $1.87), 10 liters Distilled water ($6.31). I made up 75 mls of citric acid and stored it in an eye dropper bottle.
AM... mixed 2 drops of MMS mixed with 10 drops of citric acid, swirled waited 3 min's then added Apple juice. Drank it then noticed on the apple juice label that it had been fortified with Vitamin C... damm! I waited an hour and mixed up another lot, with 3 drops this time and drank it with straight distilled water. The taste was OK... like mild lime juice. No unpleasent reactions at all.
PM... an hour after dinner. Mixed 4 drops with 20 drops citric acid, swirled it, waited 3 min's, added distilled water and drank it. No unpleasant reactions.
16th Nov
AM... 6 drops with 30 drops of citric acid. Swirled, waited 3 min's, added distilled water and drank it. Tasted the chlorine dioxide a little. Sneezed 5 min's after taking.
PM... 8 drops with 40 drops citric acid. Waited, swirled etc... may have waited 3½ min's tonight. No unpleasant reactions.
17th Nov
AM... 9 drops. I must buy some juice to mask the taste now. The taste is not bad, just "different".
PM... 6 drops, mixed, swirled etc and added apple juice. I went to the supermarket and found some apple juice from NZ that never had Vit C added. No unpleasant reactions.
Stools floating in the toilet bowl... odd.
Evening... 9 drops, mixed, swirled and added apple juice. Went to bed
18th Nov
AM... Stools loose and gassy this morning.
10 drops mixed with 50 drops citric acid, swirled and waited 4 min's... duh! Don't know whether that matters or not. Drank drops with apple juice ½ an hour after breakfast. 3 hours later...no unpleasant reactions.
PM... 10 drops mixed, swirled with 50 drops citric acid and drank with straight distilled water.
Evening... 10 drops etc, etc. An hour later and no unpleasant reactions.
19th Nov
AM... 12 drops MMS and 60 drops citric acid. Mixed it, swirled it and drank with a glass of distilled water 40 min's after having my smoothie. No unpleasant reactions.
Afternoon... 13 drops mixed, swirled and downed with distilled water. It is getting tasty. There's a distinct aftertaste but a mouthfull of straight water or carrot juice or something kills the taste immediately.
Evening... 12 drops mixed, swirled and downed with a glass of distilled water. Still no bad reactions... maybe this is a con (or I'm just healthy). After all I've gone to 12 drops 3 times a day in only 5 days, then again, maybe that's no big deal.
I have put on over 2 kg's in weight in the last 5 days... weighed myself at 81.4 kg's tonight, although I should check my weight in the morning, not at night.
20th Nov
AM... 15 drops, mixed, swirled etc. Checked my weight this morning and I am 80.4 kg's... up 1.4 kg's in 5 days.
Afternoon... 15 drops mixed, swirled and drank with a glass of distilled water. Still no adverse reactions at all.
Conclusion:
I guess I must be pretty healthy although I'm told that I could still get a reaction in up to a week. I'll stay on 15 drops 3 times daily for another week or so, then drop back to the maintainence dose.
I think that the other supplements I've been taking have probably got my system in pretty good shape.
I am going to buy Sodium Chlorite in bulk and make it up so it is available cheaper for Australians... $26 for a 5 oz bottle is steep considering that it can be made for about $5 to $7. I will have to buy the bottle's and flip top dropper caps in America though so it may take a few weeks before I have it for sale. I think I can sell it for $15 and still send Jim Humble a sizable donation for his work in Africa. |

I think you may be right about finding out how to make MMS from your own sodium chlorite. Global Light has had difficulty shipping to Australia. And at this point Australia seems more repressive on alternative products and may lower the boom more quickly than here in the US.
I know someone who got her own sodium chlorite in Australia. If you want you can tell me how to contact you and I will contact her and see if she can help. One of the big issues in purchasing sodium chlorite is that it is a Hazmat substance and needs special shipping which is a big problem. (but I don't know for sure if that is the case in Australia) Most people who buy it go and pick it up. I have considered this but for me it would be a 900 mile round trip affair.
I just found all these great smilies!

Problem is I don't have a paypal account. I have the money to buy the supplies. My wife doesn't want our credit cards tied to a paypal account because she is scared of internet fraud....and I can't find exact instructions on how to mix my own MMS from sodium chlorite powder. |

I will reread part 1 of the book again, but from what I remember most of Jims measurements of the number of drops he was using to treat illnesses were based on a 3.5% solution of sodium chlorite and water weren't they? So with a 22% solution, it would be a about a 6 to 1 ratio? In instances when Jim was using six drops, you would only need 1 drop with the 22% solution right? If Jim would reply to my email I would buy part 2 and alleviate the confusion but like I said, wifey says no paypal action since we got our credit cards stolen... |

The most likely problem was wifey not using good security on the computer, not a PayPal problem. Have you thought of getting another wifey? They are a dime a dozen you know.
You can fund your PayPal by sending money from your bank account I think. Another way would be to get someone else to transfer funds from their PayPal to yours and you give them cash for doing it. If you don't have a bank account or any friends with PayPal you're screwed I think.
Trying to mix tiny amounts as described by the previous poster is not economically feasible unless you already have a very accurate set of micro scales. |

It's an easy procedure.
First you have to use all glass, NO METAL! Not even Stainless
Pour your distilled water into a glass bowl that can be heated on the stove. A glass coffee pot will work nicely. JH indicated one could use a coated pan so long as there were no scratches in the coating exposing metal in the pan.
Pour your NaClO2 into the water and slowly begin heating stirring constantly with a plastic or glass stirrer. Never let the solution come to a boil. Once the flakes are dissolved immediately remove the pot or pan from the heat. The solution should only be warm to dissolve the NaClO2. It will be slightly yellow in color.
Pour the solution into a dark container and let cool. Keep it closed at all times. Store in a dark place (not in refrigerator). That's it! Well... you should label the container somehow.
When the NaClO2 contacts organic substance is flammable in it's dry form so any spills should be immediately cleaned with wet cloth. It also burns when it comes in contact with skin. Be ready to flush with water if you should come in contact with it. Also, (my high school chemistry is all coming back to me now) Wear safety goggles a full face shield is best, and protective clothing.
The drops for treatment and maintenance doses are based on your weight. The average non over weight person will use 15 drops of MMS for treatment and 6 drops for maintenance. JH recommends 3 drops MMS per 25 lbs of body weight for treatment doses. I wonder if someone who weighs 450 pounds could actually take that high of a dose -- 54 drops!!! The taste would be enough to do you in!! lol...
For the citric acid solution, JH recommends 5 drops of citric acid solution for every 1 drop of MMS.
I went to the Wal-mart pharmacy and they gave me a plastic 5mL baby dose eye dropper which just happens to be very close to the correct size for the dosage drops and it was free. It also measures teaspoons easily. Happy mixing!

I've seen digital 0.10g resolution scales on Ebay going for less than $10. We ain't splitting atoms here. If you're within a percent or two you should be fine. If you're not certain, buy the chlorine test strips and make sure the ppm is 3 to 5.
But as previous poster mentioned; you really should get PayPal. It's very safe.

So day before yesterday my sister is on her 14th day of her cold/flu mutation and begs me for something to help her. practically crying... she is achy, chills ,running temp ,and coughing.
I says ok I'll bring mms as soon as possible .
The next morning bring her mms and mix 2 drops with some vinegar ... she drinks it down
Today come over and she's walking around as if nothing wrong!! I could tell just by her walk immediately she was 100% better (she had taking one more drop that night
and two more in the morning)
She says "what the hell is that stuff ... its the bomb, its the bomb."
aches gone, chills gone, temp gone only thing left is cough.
I had this cold for 2 and 1/2 days myself where both of my sisters it lasted over 2 weeks with the above mentioned sister behaving like she was on death bed and the cold not improving till mms.
Bottom line don't be without it in emergency and don't give up some kind of maintenence dose for protection. |

I don't think I will be a "maintenance" doser because I believe you can get too much of a good thing. But I definately plan to do a round of it for an ailment I have. After that I may do it for two or three days about every four or five months just to flush out the system. Too much of anything isn't good in my opinion. |

worked already great in small dosage
5 drops or so..
with or without citric acid..
splitting of naclo2 will be done
anyway by stomach acid..
but no way for daily, can't stand this smelling
after drinking the dillutet staff of some drops
only, always a smelling in mouth and nose
for chlorine..never ever every day..
