Re: Breakthrough! MMS The Miracle Mineral Supplement of the 21st CenturyQuote

Start MMS after a week ago Friday. Got the $20 kit with the citric acid. I hit 14 drops today with the first sign of something going on. Based on symptoms I think I am dealing with Candida. I have gone through a process of elimination for the past 18 months (stopped diet sodas, some sugars, lost about 22lbs.) and this seems like the next step. I gargle w/it and do notice how clean my mouth feels also notice how sensitive my mercury fillings are. I plan to have the fillings removed in the new year. I am also alkalizing per Robert Young, PhD.
I have a pretty iron stomach so it seems to have taken 14 drops to get my attention. The symptoms I am trying to eliminate are those associated with Candida, brain fog, low energy, short term memory issues, tired when I get up, and pain in my knees. I am taking 60 mgs of Armor Thyroid twice a day (that has helped but my doctors is hesistent to up the dose), green drink, Omega 3 and biosil (note not and exclusive list of what I am taking). Biosil has really helped with the knee pain. I started back running (ran several marathons in the past) and the pain in my knees would not let me recover fast enough to keep up with the workouts. I am able to do 3 to 4 runs per week now. Am in my mid 50's and need more energy to keep up with my kids.

I will let you know if things change or improve. It is great to have read all the posts and Jim's and Adam's info to learn from their experience.

Re: Breakthrough! MMS The Miracle Mineral Supplement of the 21st CenturyQuote

Thank you, MG. I'd love to see more of people's story's. As I am seriously ready to order it. I have been wondering, though, if anybody knows:

If the citric acid to MMS ratio is 5:1, do they PROVIDE 5 times the amount of Citric Acid in the order? The bottles look to be the same size, so I'd have to wonder why they wouldn't be providing enough citric acid. OR, does the citric acid come as a powder, and the bottle is just for the mixing?

I really AM interested in the stories and the updates.

The one I ordered had citric acid as a powder that you mix with water to make the solution. It hasn't arrived yet, but I suspect there's more than enough for a 5:1 mix. I don't know which supplier you were looking at, though, so the combo packs may be different.

I figured if I ran out, I could always use lemon or lime juice. Part I of the book says you can use those little plastic limes/lemons you see in the grocery store for less than a dollar, though I personally would prefer squeezing fresh.

Hello All,

Have not had the time to read through all of the posts, however, I had a question.

Topical application - are there any recommendations for using MMS topically? ie, I am guessing it should be diluted in water, how long to leave it on, etc. etc.

If anyone has used it topically or has this info it would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your answer, too, nli. I have looked at Global Light, and I have looked on ebay, though one must be careful looking on ebay, as some are "personal" sized (ie. less than 5.5 oz, but doesn't elaborate on exactly how much there really is..!!). May I ask where you ordered yours from? Are you expecting it soon??

I have actually downloaded and read Part I of Jim Humble's book, and then I bought, downloaded and read Part II, as well.... I figured the $ was going for a good cause, what the heck!!

For the poster between us, you may download Part I for free from here: [link to miraclemineral.org]

On that link you provided, there's a "supplier" button. The second of those 3 suppliers is where I ordered mine from. MMSDR, I think.

edit: and I just ordered it today. No word on when delivery is yet. Though it should be this week.

The 2 oz packet that Global Light ships is enough to service an entire bottle of MMS at the 5:1 ratio. It will make 20 oz of citric acid, with which you can fill the bottle 5 times. A "convenience" pack that includes MMS, citric acid, an extra bottle and 3 minute timer is available for $24.50. [link to www.globallight.net]

The extra bottle for the citric acid is included because it has the same nozzle size as the MMS bottle.

Has anyone tried any of the topical treatments? I'm curious how MMS will work with things like moles, skin tags, warts, pimples, boils, foot fungus, ring worm, etc... Mostly things that can be treated topically. Documentation on how to treat these might come in handy some day.

Thanks everyone for all the great testimonials! It's nice to participate in such an exciting thread!

I have been on MMS for 2 days now without any "effects".
But this morning I came down with a nasty cold, sore throat and deep cough.
I upped from 4 drops to 8 and am having nauseous feeling since.
I'll stick it out and hope my cold goes away.

Your symptoms could also be of mercury toxicity. You should have your filling out by a dentist specialiazing in bioidentical dentristy asap. Because no matter how many cleanses you do, if it's mercury or candida, you won't get rid of it until your filling are out.

Your cold symptoms could actually be die-off. Have you had ongoing cold or sinus problems throughout your life? Die-off will mimick whatever your most serious problems were while sick, so like for me, a lot of my problems are muscle and joint pain, brain fog, off and on anxiety (amongst a myriad of other things) so when I go through die-off, my muscle and joint pain gets worse, I get more brain fog, a bit more anxious at times, but remember this is all good and it only lasts a few days for most. Then you're supposed to feel better. But depending on the severity of your toxicity, die-off can last weeks even. I went through a round of cleansing once (not with MMS) that last 3 weeks. It was not a pretty picture, but I'm only telling you all this, so you can be prepared.

BTW, up to three squirts of the Paradophilus today. Woke up with a bit of a headache, but it's gone now, and had some mild restless sleep, but that's normal for me. I was literally drained all day yesterday - I wanted to sleep all day, which though I do have fatigue all the time, it's not like this. So I figured it was mild die-off. We'll see how today goes.

Re: Breakthrough! MMS The Miracle Mineral Supplement of the 21st CenturyQuote

Citric acid is available in the supermarket so why the hell pay inflated prices for it?

I got it in the food section alongside "Baking Powder"... it was in a 75 gm (2.65 oz) container just like ground pepper comes in. It cost $1.87 and is enough to make up about a quart of citric acid fluid.

Measure 1 level spoon into a glass and add 9 level spoons of distilled water. Stir until fully disolved and store in a dropper bottle. It doesn't matter what size spoon you use as the ratio is 9:1 which is a 10% solution.

If you are making ctric acid in bulk to sell, prize the top off the container and note how full it is with citric acid powder, empty it into a jug or bowl then fill the container up to the same level the powder was 9 times with distilled water and add to the bowl, stir until disolved and decant into the dropper bottles you are going to sell.

For $1.87 you can make about 8 or so 5.5 oz bottles so it will cost about 20 cents plus the bottles.

If you purchase citric acid from a supermarket make sure it is pure. No additives.

NOW brand is very good.

VonChillis, there is a testimonial at www.HealthSalon.org about someone who used mms and all their skin tags fell of. Also effective for warts.

Update on the Paradophilus. I did three squirts today, 2x's so far and will do another before bed. So far still verrrrry tired. Back of tongue is whiteish color which I've never noticed before and I've been clearing my throat all day. Hopefully this is all a good sign.

Quoting Anonymous 318314, "Your symptoms could also be of mercury toxicity. You should have your filling out by a dentist specialiazing in bioidentical dentristy asap. Because no matter how many cleanses you do, if it's mercury or candida, you won't get rid of it until your filling are out."

I dropped back to 13 drops today and experienced a little nausea and a little D. Energy level is still low, but I think that is more of the healing process (I dislike healing crisis because I just feel a bit off not really lousy). I do notice I am cold and am sleeping with a lot of blankets. It is only about 68 in the house but it like my blood is very thin. I will go back to 14 drops tomorrow. As for the mercury toxicity, you may have a good point! I have a couple of large fillings that need replacing and will travel to Dallas to have them replaced by a dentist that replaces mercury fillings as part of his practice. My best friend is the dentist that put the fillings in back in the middle 80's. He lives in Canada so having him replace them is not an option. But I seem to remember that as I had these and a couple of other fillings put in my energy level went down and my health was not as robust as it was before the fillings. I just thought it was a phase and I need to work out more. Could be totally coincidence but I will start getting them out in the New Year.

Re: Breakthrough! MMS The Miracle Mineral Supplement of the 21st CenturyQuote

Hello All,

I am working to track down reliable testimonials on the use of MMS.
Not only do I seek to put testimonials on HealthSalon but I am trying to collect testimonials of verified disease conditions (though a doctor consult) that have been cured with MMS for a printed publication.

If you have a testimonial you would like to share it may be put in a future publication to promote and educate about the use of MMS. Some parts of this publication may be the result of Adam Abraham's visit to Jim in Mexico this week.

It is my understanding that this publication will be very inexpensive and likely in the form of a newspaper or small pamphlet for easy distribution.

The writer of this publication has asked me to seek out viable testimonials of people who would be willing to be interviewed on the phone. You may remain anonymous in the publication if you wish.

If you have a significant testimonial of a negative result with MMS we are interested in hearing this kind of story also.

If you think that you might have something significant to offer please email me at arrowwind09@yahoo.com

Update on the Paradophilus. 4 sprays, 3x today. Still tired, a little colder than usual and I tend to run hot, still having throat clearing, muccous coming up in morning, in the afternoon, mild nausea, but had to run to the bathroom with mild diarrhea. Nothing horrendous. Going to try to do 5 squirts tomorrow.

Took first dose today. 2 drops.

Question: reading the material, I guess the MMS + citric acid solution should be a yellowish color. Mine wasn't. Does the color deepen with more drops? Is it common for only 2 drops to NOT be that color yet?

TIA

Re: Breakthrough! MMS The Miracle Mineral Supplement of the 21st CenturyQuote

Latest update: I got up to 14 drops three days ago. I had worked my way up from 1 drop over about 9 days. That day was okay but I had the nausea and mild D. The next day I went back to 13 drops. I could hardly stomach the taste. I had to swallow it quick, no gargling yesterday. About 10 minutes later it came back up (sorry for the graphic but we are all learning from each other). The rest of yesterday I was making frequent trips to the mens room. My stomach was rumbling pretty much all morning till about noon when I finally ate a little and then things settled down. Today, busy day at work, so I cut back to 8 drops. No real issues. Will move up to 9 tomorrow. I had to put lemon juice in the drink along with the citric acid to choke it down. Again no gargling with it because I have developed and extreme dislike to the taste, I did not mind the taste until two days ago. I told a friend today the process seems like Self Administered Chemo Therapy. My friend said he thought he saw a list of the "10 things you should never do at home."
Results so far. I am pretty sure I am fighting Candida. My appetite is down, my desire for sweets is down, and I have lost 4 lbs in 3 days. My energy level is pretty good today. Yesterday I felt flu like without the aching joints. I had little energy and had a mild headache. I also slept pretty good last night and the night before. I have stopped alkalizing for now. The taste of the water and the taste of MMS was a bit much. All the Best, MG
