Without my going through 33 pages of this thread, can someone tell me the bottom line? Is MMS safe?
Humble says yes, but some other guy on CureZone.com says no and he seems to have quite a background in the stuff.
I ordered it, then canceled my order reading the guy's comments, which were not favorable and seemed to indicate serious harm can come from it and it's claimed efficacy is highly questionable.

You are drinking an industrial pesticide and water purification solution, but it is doing great things for most people. Go slow with the drops.

I found that mixing MMS with prune juice works best in eliminating the unpleasant taste. You can buy Sunsweet prune juice at any supermarket. It does not contain any vitamin C. Me and my wife both take it daily. She used to have migrains at least once a week and now they seem to be completely gone. She did not start taking any other medications or supplements. |

I've been reading up on this "Bruce/biosafe" as well.
He does not seem to offer any safe protocol and claims loudly that Jim is a nutter, but at the same time that MMS works somehow... Go figure. His posts are sometimes rantlike and sometimes very civilised as if it were 2 different persons.
I honestly don't know what to think.
I use MMS moderately (6 drops a day) after some mishaps initially (going up too fast in dosage and then stopping completely = big mistake) and I have no side effects (exept good ones like improved sleep and energy) up to now. Quoting: BelgianBoy

My husband and I started off using lemon juice, but soon found the citric acid - 10% solution -- as an activator was easier than messing with fresh lemons. (Canned lemon juice is not recommended.)

Not helping my friend with an infection. He is up to 12 drops a day. He did say no new health problems have popped up in the past two weeks but it will not help his infection. the infection is inside his scrotum a swelling that regular antibiotics are not curing either.
Oregano oil didn't even help. |

Hi,
I am new here, have been coming here on occasion to see what people are saying about mms.
I've started taking it last friday, seemed to immediately cure me from my flue although eversince I've still been coughing rather badly and have a congested feeling in my chest and nose (could that be detoxing?).
Am up to 10 drops now, today had some stomachpains and diarehea but nothing too bad. Have quite a bit more energy and seem to be sleeping better too (and I'm quite the insomniac!!).
Now I'm confused about which juices are and are not ok.
From the healtfood store I got pineapple/apple/mangojuice (nothing added), on a Dutch forum I was told that mango/pineapple are no no as they contain vit c.
So, sorry if this question has been asked before, but what's ok? I also read somebody's using prunejuice?
Really really really want to get rid of that horrid taste ;-)
Pineapple juice does the trick, but does it cancel out the mms?
Hope somebody here is able to give me a definitive answer?

Pineapple juice is naturally very high in vitamin C. Jim has said to stay away from orange juice for this reason.
I recommend Apple juice. I get organic from the health food store. If you need to take 10 drops make two batches of 5 drops and dilute with apple juice after it is activated. You can also take a 15 minute between dosing with no real lost effect. Even if your up to 15 drops, make 3 doses of 5 drops each. I find with 5 drops in a dose I am not bothered by the taste. But 15! OMG!! |

My neighbor had been on her back for a week with some lung congestion that just wouldn't clear up. While explaining it all to her, I made up a 5 drop dose of MMS which she drank and noticed she was on her feet two days later. When I asked her how her MMS taking was going (I left her a partial bottle), she told me that she had been tasting that nasty chlorine every time she coughed since she took the first dose, such that she didn't take anymore!
My own experience says 5 drops isn't nasty to take at all, and that I have never had linguring chlorine taste past a few minutes even with 20 drops. However, taking her at her word as actually tasting chlorine coughs (not just psychosomatic) for a long period even on a low MMS dose got me thinking that MAYBE the chlorine dioxide gets delivered where it is needed most??!!!
This would make sense since the chlorine dioxide gets pumped throughout the bloodstream indescriminately bonding/zapping anything below pH7 which includes all pathogens. The heart pumps 343 liters per hour ( [link to www.thatsafact.co.za] ) so the greatest chlorine dioxide concentrations could be delivered to the most infected areas in minutes, also depending upon stomach absorption conditions (empty is fastest and most complete).
Anyway, I hope some medical folks pick up on this anecdotal observation and consider that "blood turnover rate of 123% per minute" may indeed concentrate the chlorine dioxide where it is needed most. Further controlled observation and measurement is needed. In the meantime, perhaps others will report similar observations. |

Dakin's Solution at full strength is 10 parts water to one part household bleach--like Clorox.
It's dirt cheap, readily available, and anyone can make it in minutes. I always have a small bottle ready for immediate first aid.

In the beginning I could smell the chlorine in my nose as I had some allergies which are gone btw and never had to use my medicine for it since day one of mms use.
I thought is was funny smelling it but didn't think much about it because it helped immensely and the best medicine is the one that tastes and smells horrible and mms does just that.
The chlorine smell is gone since a few months and maybe I got used to it but definitely is gone, I even start to miss it thats why I noticed it was gone. |

Anybody have the feeling of being extremely bloated after taking drops? Don't know if I should take it down a notch or just keep going. It's mostly uncomfortable and am a bit crampy but nothing too bad...

Hi,I have been reading the post for a week or so. I just got my mms yeasterday. I started last night with one drop. This morning I ended up taking more like 5 or 6 drops. I am a 39 year old with no large known medical problems. I do suspect that I have quite a problem with candida, and my lung collapsed a couple of years ago. I also have a mouth full of metal fillings.
When I woke up this morning I did notice that an ingrown hair that I have (in my underware line area) doesn't seem to bother me today, and the swelling seems to be down from yesterday. I have had them pretty persistantly for several years....could be candida related?? I also feel as though I have more clarity then I have had for a long time. I smell completely different. I got out of the shower and smelled pool!!! I am a smoker (bad I know)and I smell so different!I also feel as though I am extremely bloated tody.
I was a little quesy yesterday with one drop, so far no big D. Yesterday I mixed with a lime I had around, I mixed todays with a bottle of lemon juice and was wondering if anyone could tell me if that is okay. I didn't seem to get as quesy so I am wondering if it counteracts at all. I am using distilled water until I can't take it, then I will switch to juice. |

I have a friend with persistant skin mites on her nose area. Nothing ever worked, but Dakin's (10 parts water to 1 part bleach) cleared them up in a couple days and keeps them away. Should work on acne too. Careful near your eyes though. Let us know how it works! :-))

I know of somebody who needed 4 root canals, she started on the MMS, and didn't need them, any longer her dentist said. This was after a month. It must have killed all the infection. |

Hi SW68,
A week of so of gradual increase in drops and your queasiness and bloated feelings will disappear. I take 10 or so drops almost every night just before going to bed and never feel any bad side affects. Taking activated MMS on an empty stomach is at least twice as potent as on a full stomach. Protein will quench the chlorine dioxide as will vitamin C, so if I take vitamin C I do so in the morning only wait as long as I can after dinner to not quench my bedtime MMS.
I just activate my MMS and then add about an ounce of tap water, then gulp it down quickly followed by another ounce of water which I swish around--and it's over. Most juice has vitamin C, but some organic apple juice doesn't.
