Hi've been taking the MMS since the end of november. I have Colon Cancer with multiple mets in the liver. I was diagnosed last July and my oncologist started chemo a week later. I had chemo from july to november. I decided to stop the treatment in November even though I was responding very well to it. I started to take the MMS at that time. At first, I took 10 drops every hour, then 25 drops 3 time a day. When I went back to see my oncologist on January 9th, my CEA was down to 10. At my next appointment 3 weeks later it was at 8, then 7 then 6. My husband who's a physician and doesn't believe in any alternative treatment was very surprise. On february 15th, I started using the Molecular enhancer along with the MMS. 5 days later I had to see the oncologist and to my surprise my CEA was up to 7. I was disapointed but my onco told me that from 6 to 7 it doesn't make a diffrence. At my next appointment it was at 10, and now according to my last lab test it is at 16. I realy don't know what to do now. Should I increase my intake of MMS? Is it the Molecular enhancer? I was doing so well with the MMS alone. I also took the indian herbs and everything was always fine. The good thing is I feel good. I have enough energy to take care of my 3 kids (5 yo, 3 yo and 9 months)but I am wondering what's happening in my body. |

In the beginning while your body is cleaning and adjusting to MMS, having a little something in your stomach makes you less queasy. Starch would be the preferred food group since it doesn't quench the chlorine dioxide like protein does.
After a couple weeks when taking a larger dose doesn't cause queasiness, bloating, and diarrhea; then you might try a half dose on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and you will notice it to be much more effective as significantly more chlorine dioxide initially gets absorbed very quickly--something you might want to do if you were treating an illness and not just taking daily maintenance doses. |

I have been taking mms for 4 days or so. I ramped up fairly fast and took 1 drop first time, then 6, and 8 the next day, 8 and 10 the day after that, 10 and 11 the next day. This morning I skipped. I only had intestinal cramping one day (day before yesterday), and mild d the same day.
I ate an orange today, I hadn't had any mms for 12 hours or so but my stomach really cramped up and I thought I was going to be ill. It passed after a few minutes, but I wouldn't consume oranges while taking the mms.
I really didn't realize how often I eat! It is hard to find anytime other than first thing in the morning that I have an empty stomach.
I have no major known illnesses but my lung collapsed a couple years ago, and suspect I have a candida issue. Yesterday I had the thickest mucusy taste all day. I was also coughing and it felt thick. I really think that it does go right to the area that needs help.
I am getting ready to go in and take it, but I am having to make myself do it despite feeling it is doing good work.
Also the tip about immediately rinsing your mouth really does help! Thanks again |

Hi SW68,
A nice thing about MMS is that you don't have to push up the dose to nasty levels unless you are really sick. I have heard from new people who pushed so hard that the purge was so great they no longer would take it (although I bet if they really got sick they would take MMS again). Well, I'm a dare-devil and always take everything to extemes, but that really isn't necessary or best for most people.
So just back off to a few drops if that is comfortable for you. Your body will still be cleansed by the chlorine dioxide, but at a more comfortable pace. Unless you are a dare-devil like me. ;-)
I am getting ready to go in and take it, but I am having to make myself do it despite feeling it is doing good work.

Actually this is a true story and has been posted on this site also. This person stopped taking the MMS about one month ago and got retested. The doctors were upset and wanted him to resume his HIV medications right away. He has chosen to restart MMS instead. |

Chlorine Dioxide - DMSO Treatment For Cancer

If this treatment is a supplement to another cancer treatment, it would be wise to not start this treatment for at least two weeks after getting accustomed to your main cancer treatment.
While this treatment is absolutely safe, it is a very potent treatment and can have strong side-effects during the time a person is building up to their theraputic dose. These side-effects include nausea and diarrhea.
To avoid adjusting to two different treatments at the same time, it is best to delay this treatment until you are accustomed to your main treatment. Pay careful attention to the build-up below.
Note #2
Because Vitamin C and other antioxidants can interfere with this treatment, this treatment should not be taken at the same time as certain other alternative cancer treatments. The following information from the Bill Henderson Newsletter will clarify this point:
* They had started with just 2 drops of the MMS and worked up to a dose of 15 drops, twice a day. for ten days. There was no noticeable effect -- no nausea, no diarrhea -- nothing. They were aware of the effect of Vitamin C on the MMS, so they had moved the Heart Plus and Daily Advantage to later in the day.
They did some research, though, and found that the Beta 1,3D Glucan immune stimulant is a strong anti-oxidant also. They were taking it at roughly the same time as the MMS. As soon as they stopped taking the Beta Glucan for a couple of days, the MMS had an immediate effect -- diarrhea, cleansing -- the whole thing.
Their conclusion was that ANY anti-oxidant (not just Vitamin C) should be separated from the MMS (a strong "oxidant") by about three hours. I agree. If some of you have been having no real reaction to taking the MMS, I would try this procedure. This method is convenient and has good results (for our teeth, as well as our elimination). We've been using water instead of fruit juice to dilute the MMS. For some of you, this wouldn't work because you can't stand the chlorine aftertaste. You might try it with apple or pineapple juice. Just remember to separate the MMS from any anti-oxidant. Three hours is ample separation time, because the MMS has completed its action in two hours.

I am a chemist who bought your (previous edition) book and am receiving your e-newsletter (and I have cancer). I am not surprised to finally read in letter #114 that anti-oxidants 'kill' MMS. They should. And that’s what I have been telling a friend of mine who has lung cancer. However, anti-oxidants stay in the body for more than three hours. Ideally, if you have enough protection, you should have a more or less permanent steady state of them. The beta-glucan instance, where the people waited three DAYS, certainly suggests this also. I am not sure what the solution to the problem is, but if I were taking MMS (and I intend to) I would stop all anti-oxidants for a while to let the MMS work unhindered."
As I mentioned in my last newsletter, the MMS is still in an experimental stage. I would certainly heed Robert Peterson's advice. At least try discontinuing your use of the Beta Glucan, the Heart Plus and the Daily Advantage for a couple of weeks while you take the MMS. You need to be the judge of whether it is working for you. If you experience the normal MMS diarrhea after you stop the anti-oxidants, then it is probably working for you. This should not continue for long (a day or so). Then, you should begin to have normal bowel movements with no constipation.

In other words, do NOT mix the chlorine dixoide protocol with any substance which has Vitamin C or any other antioxidant, including immune builders.
General Comments:
Chlorine dioxide is a molecule which is new in the fight against infections and cancer. It is particularly effective against cancers which are commonly associated with microbes. This includes melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma (both of these cancers spread via microbes), breast cancer (which is almost always associated with infections), cancers associated with yeast infections, etc.
The chlorine dioxide treatment, even when DMSO is added, should NOT be depended on as the primary cancer treatment. This should be considered a supplemental treatment!!
The main strength of chlorine dioxide is that it kills any microbes it can get to. This includes any microbes in the bloodstream. By adding DMSO, it may additionally kill microbes inside of cancer cells, thus allowing some cancer cells to revert back into normal cells.
About the Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS)
Stabilized oxygen has been used in alternative medicine for several decades. It is used primarily to prevent viral infections such as colds and the flu and to treat allergies.
Normal stabilized oxygen (e.g. Aerobic O7 or Aerobic KO7) is about 5% or 6% sodium chlorite. This is NOT the same thing as table salt, which is sodium chloride.
The Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS) is 28% sodium chlorite. The reason for this mixture is so that it will bind more readily to fresh-squeezed lemon juice or citric acid.
Vendors may sell bottles which recommend adding MMS to some form of vinegar. DO NOT USE VINEGAR WITH MMS!!! Vinegar can actually feed yeast infections.
The four things you can mix with MMS are:
1) fresh squeezed lemon juice,
2) fresh squeezed lime juice or
3) powdered citric acid
Any of these three items will chemically react to the sodium chlorite to create chlorine dioxide. The powdered citric acid is the preferred item to mix with MMS, if it is purchased from a vendor of MMS. If it is not purchased from a vendor of MMS it may have been sitting on the shelf for many months. But MMS vendors have high turnover of citric acid, thus the product is always fresh.
The things you should NOT mix with sodium chlorite are just as important as the things you should mix with it. For example, do NOT use any type of bottled lemon juice, such as ReaLemon, as it may have vitamin C added as a preservative.
The bottom line is to always use fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice to mix with the MMS or fresh powdered citric acid. Nothing else.
After you make the chlorine dioxide (which will be discussed below), do not drink it until it has been diluted. After making the chlorine dioxide you need to dilute the mixture with 4 to 6 ounces of apple juice or purple grape juice.
A work of warning. READ every word on the label of any apple juice or grape juice you buy. Make sure it does not have any ADDED Vitamin C (i.e. any added "ascorbic acid").
This gets complicated, so pay close attention. ALL apple juice and purple grape juice have vitamin C naturally. Thus, if you look at the list of vitamins it will probably list vitamin C.
That is fine if vitamin C is listed in the vitamins. HOWEVER, it is NOT FINE if vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is ADDED as a preservative!! (see Note 2 above)
Thus, you MUST MAKE SURE that all vitamin C in the drink is naturally in the juice, and that NO Vitamin C (i.e. ascorbic acid) has been ADDED to the juice.
Some people are so afraid of Vitamin C being added to their apple juice or grape juice that they simply use distilled water to dilute the chlorine dioxide. Distilled water is perfectly fine to dilute the new batch of chlorine dioxide.
Also, the Miracle Mineral Supplement bottle should NOT be exposed directly to sunlight.
You cannot buy chlorine dioxide because it is a very unstable molecule and does not store for much more than a half hour. Well, you can buy it, but it is highly recommended that you make it yourself.
You should make it at home and use it (after the required 3 minute wait) within half an hour.

Book 2 tells you how to make sodium chlorite powder, and thus sodium chlorite liquid. However, the instructions are for very high volume vendors.
Especially if you are dealing with cancer, you also need 8 ounces of DMSO in a glass bottle (DMSO will be discussed below). Here is one of many vendors of DMSO on the Internet (you generally cannot buy it at health food stores):

How to Make Chlorine Dioxide From Sodium Chlorite
Mix the proper number of drops of Miracle Mineral Supplement (the number of drops will vary by situation) with:
1/4 to 1/2 TEAspoon of fresh-squeezed lemon juice or lime juice. Use 1/4 teaspoon if you are using less than 10 drops of MMS and 1/2 teaspoon if you are using 10 or more drops. If you are using citric acid, use the vendor's recommended dose of citric acid.
AFTER MIXING the sodium chlorite and lemon juice (or whatever), LET SIT FOR 3 MINUTES, shaking the mixture every once in awhile (this creates the chlorine dioxide).
AFTER the 3 minute wait (unless you are adding DMSO, see below) mix the newly made chlorine dioxide with 4 to 6 ounces of apple juice, grape juice or distilled water.
DO NOT CONSUME THE CHLORINE DIOXIDE UNTIL IT IS DILUTED WITH APPLE JUICE, GRAPE JUICE OR DISTILLED WATER!!!
After the chlorine dioxide is mixed with the juice or distilled water (which only takes about 5 or 10 seconds), drink the mixture.
Recommended Dose
(The Build-Up) The first time you make chlorine dioxide, use only 1 drop of MMS with the lemon juice, etc. to see if you feel queazy. If you do feel queazy or get diarrhea, put 1 drop of MMS in a small cup of water, but only drink one-half of the cup until you can build-up to higher doses. This is the equivalent of 1/2 drop of chlorine dioxide.
Add 1 additional drop of MMS (e.g. use 2 drops, then 3 drops, etc.) every 3 hours (which may extend into the next day) until you can build up to the recommended dose without feeling queazy. In cases of severe infection, it may take several days to build up to the recommended dose.
The recommended daily dose, after the build-up, will vary by situation.
In cases where the chlorine dioxide is used for cancer prevention, 6 drops in the morning of chlorine dioxide without DMSO and 6 drops in the evening with 9 drops of DMSO added (DMSO will be discussed later in this article) should be sufficient to prevent cancer.
If you are dealing with any type of active cancer, the dose is 12 drops in the morning without DMSO and 12 drops in the evening with 18 drops of DMSO added. This amount of DMSO may even cause some bad breathe or body odor (that is why the DMSO is always added in the evening).
If you are using an eyedropper for the MMS, increase the dose by 50%. For example, if you are using an eyedropper for active cancer, use 18 eyedropper drops instead of 12 MMS bottle drops. This is because an MMS drop is about 50% larger than an eyedropper drop.
Try to separate the two daily doses by 12 hours if possible.
Note: Even after you are been on this treatment for one or more weeks you may suddenly experience some queaziness. This just means you are fighting an infection. There is nothing to be concerned about except you may have to lower your doses for a couple of days until the infection goes away.
Why, When and How to Add the DMSO
The theory behind adding the DMSO is that the DMSO will bind to the chlorine dioxide (which is a known fact), then allow the DMSO / chlorine dioxide compound molecule to target the cancer cells (which DMSO is known to do), get inside the cancer cells (which DMSO is known to do), and once inside the cancer cells the chlorine dioxide will kill the microbes inside the cancer cells (this is the only part that is speculative, but it is reasonable because chlorine dioxide works by chemical actions, not physical actions). If you kill the microbe(s) inside the cancer cells, the cells will revert back to being normal cells.
Note that there are two different ways the chlorine dioxide can be used to treat cancer. For cancers where microbes are involved, it can help get rid of microbes and thus can stop the spread of the cancer.
Every type of cancer is also helped by the chorine dioxide because it helps build the immune system (by killing microbes in the bloodstream and by other ways).
Additionally, the DMSO may drag the chlorine dioxide inside the cancer cells and kill the microbe(s) which are keeping the cancer cell cancerous. To understand what really causes cancer, read this article:

THUS, EVERY CANCER PATIENT SHOULD ADD DMSO TO THEIR CHLORINE DIOXIDE AT LEAST ONCE A DAY.
In this article, because DMSO can cause bad breath, it is recommended to take chlorine dioxide by itself in the morning and to take chlorine dioxide with DMSO in the evening, though it doesn't matter when you add the DMSO.
Essentially, here is the sequence for adding DMSO:
1) Add the Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS) to the fresh squeezed lemon juice, lime juice or powdered citric acid,
2) WAIT THREE MINUTES for the MMS to chemically react to create chloride dioxide,
3) Then add DMSO. The number of drops of DMSO should be 150% of the number of drops of MMS. For example, if you used 12 drops of MMS to make the chlorine dioxide, then add 18 drops of DMSO (which is 150% of 12). This takes into account the different sizes of the droppers.
4) WAIT AN ADDITIONAL THREE MINUTES FOR THE DMSO TO BIND TO THE CHLORINE DIOXIDE
In other words, you wait for 3 minutes twice,, once after mixing the MMS and lemon juice, or whatever, and a second time after adding the DMSO.
This is a total of six minutes of waiting for two different chemical reactions to take place!!
After waiting the total of six minutes (3 minutes twice) you can add the mixture to the apple juice or grape juice or distilled water as mentioned above.
SUMMARY
IN THE MORNING cancer patients should take chlorine dioxide (which is a combination of MMS and fresh squeezed lemon juice, fresh squeezed lime juice or fresh powdered citric acid) and then wait three minutes for the chemical reaction. Then it is mixed with apple juice, grape juice or distilled water:
1) MIX MMS with fresh lemon or lime juice or citric acid powder,
2) WAIT THREE MINUTES to make the chlorine dioxide,
3) MIX with apple juice, grape juice or distilled water.
IN THE EVENING, roughly 12 hours after the morning dose, make the chlorine dioxide in same way, and then ADD DMSO (150% of the number of MMS drops) and wait an additional three minutes. After the second three-minute wait, the apple juice, grape juice or distilled water (4 to 8 ounces) can be added.
The evening dose will be summarized again:
1) MIX MMS with fresh lemon or lime juice or citric acid powder,
2) WAIT THREE MINUTES to make the chlorine dioxide,
3) THEN ADD the DMSO to the chlorine dioxide,
4) WAIT ANOTHER THREE MINUTES for the DMSO to bind to the chlorine dioxide,
5) MIX with apple juice, grape juice or distilled water.
AFTER two or three days of using the chlorine dioxide read this article again to make sure you aren't missing anything.

I found that mixing MMS with prune juice works best in eliminating the unpleasant taste. You can buy Sunsweet prune juice at any supermarket. It does not contain any vitamin C. Me and my wife both take it daily. She used to have migrains at least once a week and now they seem to be completely gone. She did not start taking any other medications or supplements. Hi. My name is Victor Summers and I am suffering from HIV, Severe COPD, as the doc describes it, with emphysema and other stuff I will share as time goes by. Today I started with my first dose of the mms. I have read about half of the posts made and will finish them.
I wanted to use this thread as a way to keep record of my progress and let others use it as a testimonial.
I have been on HIV meds for two years and my viral load is <50 (under 50) which is considered undetectable. My Tcell count is at 500 and something.
I just happen to have noticed I have thrush today so instead of using the thrush meds I will look to see the progress I will make with mms. I will also be looking for my COPD to improve which is the biggest thing to me at this point because the HIV is under control but my COPD is really causing me lifestyle problems like being out of breath all the time, plus my chest is very tight to the point it hurts.
I also have an enlarged prostate gland and I feel sharp pains coming from that area often (a few times a day.) So will also be looking for that to improve.
I would like for this to be documented in the greatest way possible so I will cooperate with anyone in making that posible so we can have the proper documentation to prove the claims I believe I will be making :)
I'm going to stay on my HIV meds for now just to see how this first step goes.
I took 1 drop in citric acid with apple juice about three hours ago now and will determine tomorrow if I am going to increase it or not and will keep my progress posted here.
There are other things wrong too and will mention them as I discover them improving (like my energy.)
After reading so many of the posts already, I feel I know some of you and I am very impressed and am so very happy to make your aquaintance.

Day 2 of my MMS experience.
Well, I woke up this morning feeling like crap. I could barely get out of bed. After taking my son to school I came home and slept till 2:45 pm. I havn't slept so soundly in a very long time. It reminded me of how I slept when I was a teenage boy. After being awake for a while I started feeling better and I also noticed my lungs seemed to be working better. I have not taken any of my albuteral today, which is highly unusual. I decided not to take my Spiriva and see what tomorrow is like. While writing just now I realized that the tightness in my chest is also much better. I also coughed up some nasty mucus today. My sinuses are dripping I think. There is a weird feeling in them anyway. My joints are hurting also.
I had a white spot on my uvula which I noticed yesterday while checking to see if this weird looking bubble was still on my uvula, which it was, but the white spot is gone. The bubble (which looks like a blister) looks the same. It has been there for many years now. My doctors could not tell me what it is. They didn't have a clue.
I had a brainstem stroke in 1999 so am anxious to see if my brain improves as a result of taking MMS.
I have also been diagnosed with Peripheral Vascular Disease and my legs hurt most of the time and both of my feet have numbness in them. I will see if I experience any improvement in that area as well.
I am sticking to one drop until I start feeling better. I'm still tired and feeling blah, like you do when detoxifying.
The most important thing for me is getting relief from the COPD and emphysema. My lungs do feel better and I haven't ran out of breath today. And I walked up a hill at my son's baseball practice too. I wasn't even sure I was going to go because of how badly I felt this morning when I woke up, but by 5 pm I actually wanted to go with him.
For any readers who may think it may be in my head, I don't care if it is so long as I get relief. I'm serious! LOL

Why don't you increase by one more drop each day, even if that means breaking the dose up to 2 or 3 times in a day?
If you don't have the runs, you sure could push it up until you do, and then back off a drop or so. If I was sick as you, I sure would increase more quickly. As a healthy person, I take 10-15 drops before bed and don't even get queasy, but I understand the need to ramp up when you have so many chronic illnesses. I'll be reading your daily logs with great interest!
