Finally after reading about MMS so much I just received it in the mail ordered with citric acid and the mixing bottle.
The first thing I did was mix six drops in a glass with 30 drops of citric acid. After three minutes I filled the glass half with water, swallowing the entire solution while brushing and even flossing with the liquid. It creates a very fresh feeling. It is probably the only usable solution killing streptococcus mutans.
I had read Chapter 7:
"As time passed and people talked to me about various problems I continued to find new uses for the MMS. All of my life I have had trouble with my teeth. Most of my teeth were missing and I wore dentures. My gums were quite soft and my teeth were somewhat loose in the gums. They often got sore and at that particular time they started to hurt and I thought I would have to have one or two pulled. Then I finally decided that I should brush my teeth with the
MMS. I used 6 drops of MMS and 2 teaspoon of vinegar swirled
together in a glass and then I waited the 3 minutes and added 1/3 glass of water and used that to brush my teeth. Again I was amazed.
All of the infection and soreness disappeared in hours. Within a week my gums had hardened up. When I finally did go to have a tooth pulled, it took the dentist a full hour to pull the tooth. My gums were so tough, and the tooth was so well imbedded into my jaw bone he simply couldn't just grab it with his pliers and pull. It wouldn't come
out. I'm not sure I should have had it pulled. It looked perfectly healthy when it was finally out. The dentist was more surprised than I was.
Since that time there have been a number of other people who began to use the MMS for oral hygiene. All that have used it have had the same results, a much healthier mouth. There have been a number of See Chapter 8, page 15 for data on obtaining MMS.

I have not had liver pain from 30+ years of hcv since beginning in Nov.
This Virastop by Enzymedic is an added bonus as well. Making progress with a maintenance dose of 8 drops a day. |

2. The Standard MMS Protocol
Note: When following the instructions below, keep this paragraph in mind. Always activate the MMS drops with one of the food acids, either lemon juice drops, or lime juice drops, or citric acid solution drops (to make citric acid solution add 1 level tablespoon of citric acid and 9 tablespoons of water. Store it in a bottle with a lid.) 1. All protocol for taking MMS in the Americas starts with one or two drops. Never start with more than one or two drops. People who are very sick and/or sensitive should start with ½ drop. Activate the drops as given above.
2. If you do OK and do not notice nausea on the first dose, increase by one drop for the second dose. If you notice nausea reduce the amount of MMS for the next dose. Do two doses a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Continue to increase by one drop each time you take a new dose. When you notice nausea, reduce the dose by one drop, or bad diarrhea reduce by 2 or 3 drops. Usually reduce for one or two times before going back the amount that it took to make you nauseous.
Note: If you notice diarrhea, or even vomiting that is not a bad sign. The body is simply throwing off poisons and cleaning itself out. Everyone says that they feel much better after the diarrhea. You do not have to take any medicine for the diarrhea. It will go away as fast as it came. It will not last. It is not real diarrhea as the body is just cleaning out, and it is not caused by bacteria or virus. When the poison is gone, the diarrhea is gone.
3. Continue to follow the procedure given in 2 above. Until you reach 15 drops twice a day without nausea. At that point increase to 3 times a day. Stay at 3 times a day for at least one week and then reduce the drops to 4 to 6 drops a day for older people and 4 to 6 drops twice a week for younger people.
Note: Once you have completed step 3 above most of the viral, bacteria, mold, and yeast load will be gone from your body. Your body will be clean. You no longer have to worry about feeding the microorganism load. You can base you diet on nutrition, rather than not feeding the load. The diabetes will be gone, thus you no longer need to worry about sugar. You won't have to worry about the pancreas over reacting thus giving you a shock of insulin. Instead it will give you just enough insulin to knock the blood sugar lever to the right level (You won't feel sleepy after eating a candy bar). Your body will then be able to easily adsorb vitamins and minerals and many other nutrients it might have been missing up to this time. You should feel better as time goes by. Do not quit taking the MMS.
For Children: The protocol for children is essentially the same. One should usually start at 1/2 drop. Just make a one drop drink and pour out 1/2 of the drink before giving it to the child. Then increase from 1 to 2 to 3 drops as given above, but do not go beyond 3 drops for each 25 pounds (11.4 kg) of body weight. With a baby start with 1/2 drop and increase to one drop up to 2 drops, but no more. So if you give 1/2 drop in the morning wait until the afternoon before giving 1 drop and then the next morning for 2 drops. It the baby or child should become nauseous wait an extra hour or two before giving another dose and also give a smaller dose. Give smaller doses until the baby or child can tolerate more, but do not stop giving doses.

I've had up to three times pretty severe pain in my bowels at some point. I stopped every time and started again after a couple of days when my bowels were stabilised. Was that wrong?

I've been reading a book called "The Ph Miracle" by Dr Robert Young and Shelley Redford Young.

He's a famous doctor here in the US in Alternative Health, actually his clinic is in Mexico. He's been using Sodium Chlorite for a very long time and most of his patients take it.
The solutions he uses are 2% and somethimes 5% sodium chlorite and he gets very good results along with a detox diet.
(notice that he doesn't even mention sodium chlorite. But it is a big part of his protocol. I think that he has decided consciously to deflect attention from it to focus people on the diet and the overall concept of getting alkaline and it is probably a smart thing to do. Lots of people who get into mms are not making good dietary changes and they are wanting mms to do everything, which it cannot)

His protocol consists of using Sodium chlorite in a liter of water with a teaspoon of a green product. This is the product I use that fits Dr Young's criteria but there are many good ones. [link to www.amazon.com]
This protocol is acutally written by someone who has posted frequently on curezone in another pen name.
Since you are having such difficulty perhaps you need to go a little slower, using unactivated sodium chlorite and drinking greens to detox.
Since your gut gets into such an uproar it is an indication that you do have a problem there, in my opinion anyway. You could also do a months worth of grapefruit seed extract, one tablet 2 times a day instead of the mms and see if it tones things down for you.

I used to get to 9 drops in the evening alone.
Maybe I shouldn't have taken all at once.

BESIDE THE MMS YOU NEED TO ASSIST REPAIR WORKS.

I have chronic systemic candida, if there is such a term. My candida symptoms can be dated back for 28 years!!!
I tried a dozen different antifungals this year before I started using MMS. From my experience, MMS is by far the most effective and efficient way to treat candida.
I over estimated my body's capability to handle MMS after I had been on 15 drops per day for 3 weeks. I lost patience. I jump the dosage from 15 drops per day to 45 drops per day in one day. Huge mistake! I had terrible big D for one day and then stopped MMS for a few days.
After that, some candida symptoms came back. They were not bad, but clearly candida symptoms.
I started MMS again. Now the candida symptoms are under control.
I believe MMS will treat my candida. I have no doubt. But MMS alone can not prevent candida from returning. To prevent candida from returning, we need to take care of at least these things:
1. eliminate enough candida, MMS is best for this job.
2. rebuild intestinal flora by putting good bacteria back. Probiotics is for this.
3. optimize intestinal and body environment. This means we need to reduce toxicity of our intestines, alkalize and balance pH, eat healthy alkalizing diet, etc. When the environment is clean, and friedly to the good bacteria, candida will be under control.
Every body has yeast in their body. Whenever there is imbalance (eg lack of good bacteria), the yeast can easily turn into candida. MMS will kill sufficient candida but other steps must be done to change the environment. |

I had a precancerous tumor that began to manifest itself near the anus in August of last year. I thought at first it was a boil, but it didn't come to a head, so took it to an alternative doctor who gave me some ointment. Gave the treatment a month, but that didn't work. Soon, the news about MMS was on GLP and I got a bottle.
Starting out with the one drop, progressing to four drops, I found the tumor deflated like a balloon in just four days! Nothing was in it, and it had stopped growing, although the outer tough skin remained until recently. It's all gone now.
After the four drops, I kept on going until gut cramps got me on the 6th. It was just too painful to continue on that dose, so I dropped back to the comfortable four, then ceased taking any more MMS because of the nasty chemical mix of MMS and vinegar smell that filled the room. It will be saved in case of another dire emergency because IT WORKS.
That twenty bucks saved me a fortune in doctor bills.

I followed the recommended protocol (mostly) as a healthy person when I first started MMS last November to learn more about its safety and affects on my own body before telling anyone else about it. Since I was healthy, I was up to 15 drops twice a day by the third day, and the second week took 15+ drops three times most days. I had a couple Big D purges with related side-effects, and was a little worn out after those couple weeks without vitamin C or any other suppliments. I did notice after a few days that night-time urination was more powerful (cleaned up my prostate) and that my hypoglycemic issues disappeared (cleaned up my pancreas). Not bad for not expecting it could help these!
However, I have always gotten cold sores from various stresses, and I had hoped that after my initial heavy MMS and daily maintenance doses thereafter of 10-15 drops before bed every night would finally kill that virus--but today inside my lip I once again have yet another cold sore from too much sun and heat stress.
Anyway, I have now cut myself back to a few drops a couple times a week for maintenance. Oh, and I have been taking a probiotic capsule about once a week for the past few months just to make sure I've got all the good bacteria I need after any MMS purging. I feel good, but I felt good to start with too. However, I AM READY FOR NASTY BUGS NOW!!
BTW: I have had friends and family members use MMS to kill flu/cold viruses, and even serious MRSA infections. MMS WORKS! |

I really hated the chlorine smell from the activated mix.
Went to simply putting the sodium chlorite drops in a glass of water and drinking that, followed by a glass of lemon juice (without sugar) and water.
Let the activation happen inside the stomach. Works the same.

I'm about to begin the protocol as soon as I go to the store that has "demineralized water".
Let me tell you a story about my search for water at the supermarket. I went looking yesterday and found none there. A lady was picking up some purified water so I asked her where I could find demineralized water. She told me where. I asked her, Have you ever heard of MMS and she said, No. I said, It cures most diseases including cancer, etc, etc, etc and she said, I have cancer. Well, isn't fate fun to watch? |

Hi Sez, I'm 58 and am up to 9 or 10 drops twice a day. Still having diarrhea. I have fibromyalgia and am hoping for a cure. I haven't seen anything about age in my reading about MMS, except less for children. Maybe someone else might comment. |
