Wow, Jim's idea for putting the mixture into a gelcap is PRICELESS. I did the protocol a while back and got up to 12 drops but by that time the smell and taste just did me in. Even just the thought of the smell made me want to throw up. I have tried it using the size "0" gelcaps and it works wonderful! I'm back on board.

Awesome idea! 
I have the same issues with the smell. I prepare mine and mix it with water and it tastes ok, but the chlorine smell makes my "vomit" saliva kick in!
Where did you get the gelcaps?

Hey guys great info on here. Has anyone had success with candida using mms? Candida hit me like a brick wall this yr iv been very fit all my life im young and now extremly tired from this candida. Trying ozone sauna just started. Also got alot of the typical candida symptoms and heavy metal poisoning Parasites etc. Been on mms a week made me pretty tired should i persist with mms will it kill these beasts? I've read that it is effective for candida. I would recommend consuming a probiotic such as kefir as well (taken in the evening on a regular basis, well after your last dose of mms). Stay away from sugar/sugary foods they feed fungus and ph lowering foods. A fair amount of info on youtube-remember not to take vit.C with it-you may want to combine mms with mms2 to really get the job done-don't forget the probiotic (kefir is by far the best and cheapest-you can get live kefir grains on ebay-easy to culture-just add milk-said to have been sent from God-kefir means "feel good"). |

Keep us up to date with a log of what you try for Candida. I'm concentrating on Candida remedies now that a few other remedies for bloated gut has not worked. The first slight relief I found is a dose of baking soda (not baking powder). Actually the active ingredient is sodium bicarbonate. I took a table spoon full with Vitamin C packed apple juice which may not have been a great idea but the juice had a extra tangy taste.
I still need more doses of baking soda to be able to plot results. |

Hi, Golden. I got a kit at [link to www.greenherbcafe.com] You can use the gelcaps for other stuff (like oregano oil, grapefruit seed extract and dried herbs, etc). I actually got the size "00" which are the larger size shown. (not the smaller size "0" like I stated earlier above (oops)) They hold 3 drops of MMS (with the 15 citric acid)and they are not so big as to be hard to swallow.
Also, the larger caps size "000" can be gotten. I am going to get these next. This place has a good selection: [link to www.spicediscounters.com]

I used a very small funnel that some use to pour perfume in a bottle, and it has to be taken right away with a glass of water since the gel cap will dissolved fairly quicky. |

Doing a 14 drop glass right now. This stuff really works! I used to drink quite a bit of colloidal silver and one of the first effects that I noticed was that my pee was silvery-even the bubbles (ok not a lot silvery, but definitely noticable).
Yes, it has a chlorine smell, but I'm not as psychologically sensative as most and I can deal with it.
So the claims about chelation-I suspect they are right. I'm not a chemist, but what made sense to me was the chemical recombination into silver chloride(?). I'm sure that this would help those with argyria.
It would be nice to know if probiotics are needed after mms treatment. On the whole it seems to be good stuff, but what effects if any would come about long term are still to be discovered. It seems every wonder suppliment or medicine has a potential dark side, the light has yet to be shined into the dark corners of this treatment. Sure seems worth a go at this point though, given its potential for removing heavy metals and subsiquent benefical effects upon the cardiovascular system and body as a whole.
I'll be on mms for one more week before going to a 5 drop once weekly maintenance dose. I do intend to use kefer as a probiotic/prebiotic and see what restorative effects wheatgrass juice has upon a "clean" system. My only problem was a little bit of sinusitis. To be honest, I am breathing better. I'll check my bp and pulse rate after this mms loading is complete since a few reports indicated significant improvements. I have noticed that my strength is improving (I do three sets of push ups every other day), my sense of smell is better and ease of breathing has greatly improved. I ride a stationary bike apx. six times per week and it seems a little less effortless although my routine is not one where I go for maximum exertion.
I consider this substance to be better than colloidal silver overall, primarily because an electrical source is not required to produce it and quite honestly it seems more effective and beneficial than even nano partical col. silver. Though I never thought of myself as having any degree of brain fog, there does appear to be minor improvements in cognitive functioning as well-we all have residual traces of mercury, aluminum, lead and neurotoxins from microorganisms. Increased systemic oxigen and nutient uptake weigh positively into the balance as well. |

According to Mr.Humble, our 'good bacteria' is not destroyed. Regardless, it would be wise to stay on probiotics. Kefir is great! Mine wacked out, need to find another supplier:( |

My wife has had candida for the last 20+ years. She has been on various treatments (quite expensive ones) and she has not really improved. She is now trying MMS. From what I have read about it... it sounds very promising. She has started it and id taking 4 drops a day. She has already noticed changes, but is quite concerned because she is experiancing pins & needles and numbness in different parts of her body...hands, arms, even lips, tops of legs. She is unsure as to whether to continue. Has anybody else experianced this? |
