I've read that it is effective for candida. I would recommend consuming a probiotic such as kefir as well (taken in the evening on a regular basis, well after your last dose of mms). Stay away from sugar/sugary foods they feed fungus and ph lowering foods. A fair amount of info on youtube-remember not to take vit.C with it-you may want to combine mms with mms2 to really get the job done-don't forget the probiotic (kefir is by far the best and cheapest-you can get live kefir grains on ebay-easy to culture-just add milk-said to have been sent from God-kefir means "feel good").
