I have been sick with flu like symptoms and post nasal drip since 2001. I went to an allergy Dr. and after giving me a round of steriod it disappeared. He said I cound do this three times a year. After doing this for about four years, when I got below 5mg I would get sick again so I stayed on 5mg until about a 8 months ago and then it didn't work anymore.I also have almost unbearable sweats and bad neck pain with constant headaches, and a white coated tongue. It doesn't matter how much I exercise my neck either. When I took steriods it did help so that is telling me I have a lot of inflamation.
Now I have it constantly but when I take a pain pill it will usually lessen for the rest of the day. The last couple of months it has gotten worse with almost unbearable burning under my skin, all over my body.
What dosage and what does anyone recommend?

I have bad acid reflux so can this be done through the rectum and what would be recommended how to do this?
