Anonymous Coward User ID: 766654 India 09/09/2009 11:51 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | How cold should a cold shower be? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 751992I don't like showers too hot. . . so I'm thinking of switching to cold. Based on my own experience and those I've read, the water needs to be cold enough to sting you at first go, but it should stop short of ice cold. If your body isn't getting acclimatized within a minute of full exposure to the water, it's too cold. If you aren't feeling all tingly and invigorated after your shower, it's too warm. Make sure to warm yourself well after the shower - some exercise will really get the blood flowing. |

What I always so is hot/warm for washing crevice/private part the gradually over 5 minutes adjust to cold. Then stay under freezing water for about 5 minutes. This not only cleans you by going hot first, it doesn't strip off all your body oils and seal you pores while firming your skin. |
BRIEF AND TO THE POINT User ID: 381742 United States 09/09/2009 01:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | But, but cold water makes my willy look smaller. Poor people do poor people things, and rich people do rich people things. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it! when you rob Paul to give to Peter ... ... ... you will always get Peters support! :Brieffromnativea: |

It will lather up in any kind of water - cold, hot, river, lake, mudhole, you name it. Try it. I used to only use it on camping trips, but now it is all I use. I like the peppermint, which can make your body tingle if you leave it on long enough. And it is biodegradable all natural and very reasonable in price. |
