the device is anti gravity

it is tested by nasa in vacuum.........and is going to be used for thrust in space..........


also the device gives thrust in oil i mean when the capacitors are surrounded by nothing but oil it still gives thrust so its anti gravity not wind thrust

even do it also gives off a bit of wind .........but almost nothing they did smoke tests to show how much wind comes off

and not enough wind comes off to provide any real thrust
