So the Praying Mantis ET Beings (ATAEIANS) are known about, and many people on this planet to seem to have had "encounters" with them. I think they are "neutral" ET's, and are like the SIRIANS in their views on other ET Groups as well and also about Humans on this planet.
Divinity, as you know, **ALL** "ET Groups" are a mixture of many different political factions, just as with Humans on Planet Earth. Some of the ATAEIANS (PRAYING MANTIS ET ALIENS) like the Sirians and other ET Groups are mainly "neutral" and sometimes, as with stories like the one you mentioned, there is a 'perception' that such ET Groups are perhaps no so "neutral".
The "KUIPER BELT ALIENS" are definitely in this Solar System and do mean to take control of this planet. 17P Comet Holmes, BE15, TU24 and now another "asteroid" has been seen by astronomers only 7,000,000 KM from the Earth!
