Why are insectoid aliens massing near kuiper belt?

my friend high up in gov/mil told me. says some are insectoid aliens, says they don't know what they want, why they're there, or what they're planning on doing. they have blocked attempts by the gov in communicating with them.

Big deal, the insectoids probably just want to take over the world.
