Did Judas Iscariot have a lot of descendants?

I seem to recall a translated passage from the book of Judas where Jesus says to Judas "My God is not your God".
Was on a TV program a year or so ago after it was discovered and being translated. But I cant find the translation that covers this part online.
If my memory is correct, this is reason #1 (of probably many) that the book was "hidden".
