Earth420, I wish you a wonderful earth day, and hope you have plenty of time today to enjoy your life with your children. All children are a blessing. I truly disbelieve nearly everything that Nancy says, and actually feel sorry for her in some ways. She gave up her life and, from what I've read about her history, her family to start doing what she is. I do pray and hope you aren't telling your children these stories of Nancy's and scaring the heck out of them. I remember being scared by my father in all kinds of ways when I was little. he doesn't. Nor does he realize how much I hated him for a VERY long time for it, once I found out the truth. Just as a side thought, if Nancy is right, isn't it better you retain control and just sweep your children to safety and not scare them prior? And if Nancy is wrong, then telling them this stuff scares them needlessly. I'm also a parent, so I'm not trying to tell you what you should do, just urging you... I do wish you the best, sincerely.

Is there anyplace or one to chat with on this board today that isn't after some sort of doom today... That doesn't want to point fingers at everything else rather than looking at themselves for the ills of the world? But, I try to remember that most of the doom sayers are just role playing and do not believe what they post. That's not to say that there aren't some here who believe what they post/read.
That is why I debunk the threads that I do. So that the unsuspecting person who stunbles acoss this place have at least some other view on the subject and maybe be encouraged to investigate further.
There have been a lot of people hurt by Nancy's crap. People have lost families, jobs, savings and, rumor has it, their lives because of her lies.
It really bothers me that the admins here have made her a mod with the power to delete posts that expose her and ban the poster. However, it is their site and they can run it however they wish. |

And I have to admit that you and a few others I've run into (mostly on this thread) are some of the sanest people (and often smartest and most aware) I run into on this site. Sans some of the mods, I can count on 2 hands (maybe more with a few new registered posters I'm seeing) the people who name themselves something other than AC, some registered some not... Though I do know some of the AC's who come here often are pretty with it.
I agree with your debunking philosophy. I do it for similar reasons, but don't care to touch the Zetatalk threads... I'm more into the science ones here.
I did end up being on the scared end once or twice, and didn't have a nice debunker to explain and lead me to a bit more awareness. I think I spent 3 hours surfing the web trying to figure out what the OP was talking about and that got me kinda PO'd.... KWIM? It was in regards to Chemtrails, but wasn't labeled such. just talked about SF area being a test area for spraying some junk around the City and here's who to call and write to stop them. It was pretty compelling. I almost thought about emailing stuff out, then thought... what the hell am I gona say and talk about in this email... that I got some info off a conspiracy theory web site and oh by the by, spraying toxic junk is immoral if not illegal.

I think I know what you were reading about. They are trying to control the light brown apple moth (LBAM). From what I have read they are spraying pheremones(sp?) to disrupt their breeding cycle. One side says the substance isn't harmful and the other says it is. At this point I am not sure. I need to research more.
Regardless, what they are doing to stop the LBAM is not the same as what they call "chemtrails" yet the chemmies still try to use this as proof. |

Yeh! THAT WAS IT! Thanks for the reminder. I've been meaning to look more into it. But, the only info I kept running into was the chemtrail stuff when doing web searches. I kinda got sidetracked by watching a few earthquake swarms and having a life besides hanging here.
Ya know... going outside and ignoring stuff like this was pretty therapeutic. I came back in feeling better and there was a really nice post from you! Thanks!

I gave her some good suggestions then she comes up with something really stupid like dividing the earth in two! If Nancy is going to dream up crap she could at least make it sound passable! how about beaming up all the STO's and making a Zerox copy of the earth, or better yet, a brand new utopia just for Nancy and her friends........ be a bit lonely! So Nancy thinks Bush is a clone. I read that novel before. Nancy will stop at nothing to come up with this stuff. It's nice to see the debunkers staying off her threads. Last I saw, 78/68 was making the rounds bumping her asinine threads. I hope to have a good intelligent discussion dedicated to the debunking of her unfounded claims. OK... I, for about the 2nd time since posting here at GLP, just went to the NL Zetatalk chat thread, and there's something I saw on there that I'm perplexed that no one else has. She talks about the Antarctic ice sheet over water has "no friction" to deal with... has anyone even hit on that water has plenty of friction? Just saying... No I won't post there and make it look more popular.
