ok I am making an official thread about this, post all events about what is happening during the exercise October 15-19 (2007) here.
I hope it is ok with this thread, I am interested in following up on this subject and it's hard to follow all the threads about the subject.

Monitoring things of this sort may be beneficial, to the avid investigator anyhow. Technically, if one were to continually monitor each of those feeds, there's a decent probability that they would be aware of any significant events taking place, before the general public were made aware. Monitoring local radio and television feeds from that area would also assist.
Amazing that with today's DOT spy-tech open to public use, one can monitor the government for a few days, just as the government monitors you, eh?

There seems to be some unusual in appearance activity on a few of those traffic cameras, by the way.
1-205 at Government Island, ODOT camera 73, milepost 25.70, for example. No idea what I'm seeing there.

Starting tomorrow Portland, Oregon (and Phoenix AZ, and Guam) will be the site of a "simulated" terrorist attack with a "dirty bomb." A radioactive substance is scheduled to be released so that live tracking of the plume can be observed and integrated into the exercise. According to a source I have who is in the exercise, the supposed release in the Pearl District is inaccurate. Where the release will occur is "top secret." When I pressed, my source stated that "some things have not been made public, and he wasn't going to leak the information." |

Here is a link to police scanners. Might not hurt to tune in to scanners in the suspected areas...may not even hurt to tune in in your own area as well.

This link is to the other TOPOFF4 thread here. It has some great stuff that needs to be seen.
I have read so much on this......here is some of what I am wondering:
I am looking at 8:51am PST to see if anything happens the next couple days. It was 8:51am on 9/11 as well as 7/7/05 when both exercises went live. 9/11 was on a Tuesday, 7/7/05 was on a Thursday....so I don't think the day of the week has any bearing.
It is interesting that some people very close to the planning of these exercises in certain areas are MIA...gone on vacation.
Now, I am not saying something will happen....no standard GLP prediction here.....but I do think this bears watching and seeing if anything comes of it.
It is still early on the west coast....I haven't received many posts from Portland Nuclear Inquest yet....but as they come in I will post....
Here on the east coast there are a ton of contrails.....looks like someone took a piece of chalk and was drawing lines in the sky....I am talking dozens....so just be mindful that just because Guam, Phoenix and Portland were made public does not mean they are the only locations for these exercises.
Remember....this is the biggest exercise ever in US history....that alone bears paying attention.
If I had to guess....I would almost bet that if a false flag occurs...it will be at a location other than those made public. |

just having the exercise at all is to me fishy, could easily be like -"oh that nuke accidentally blew" then they blame it on bad security or whatever... Yes there are some signs which makes this interesting to follow.
hey btw I posted that other thread (any signs of the drill yet) and prof-rabbit posted an interesting news, Maybe u saw it?

Okay, here's how it happens. They release the fake radioactive dust, but it happens to be real radioactive dust that doesn't make people sick with cancer until a few years later.

NEWARK, N.J. -- The Record of Bergen County reports Monday that members of the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force are monitoring a number of north Jersey residents with ties to al-Qaida.
The paper reports that this is the first time since 9/11 that the FBI has revealed an al-Qaida presence in North Jersey.

The agents say they have disrupted their activities and deported several people.
Task force director Kevin Cruise would not describe any case in detail. However, efforts to disrupt Osama bin Laden's network range from deportation to telling the suspects that they're being watched.
Cruise tells the newspaper his agents have no information about an imminent attack here.
The task force is conducting more than 400 counterterror investigations.

They can't possibly be planning to release a radioactive substance during this exercise. Why would any city, county, state or federal official agree to this? It doesn't make sense. Do you have any other confirmation on this besides the secret source mentioned above? |

UPDATE 1-Senior US Air Force official found dead

WASHINGTON, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Charles Riechers, the Air Force's No. 2 acquisition official, was found dead at his home, and the cause of death appears to be suicide, according to an internal Air Force memo issued late on Sunday.
"Mr. Riechers was found deceased in his home, cause of death appears to be suicide, time of death is unknown," said the memo, a copy of which Reuters obtained on Monday.
Riechers became the principal deputy assistant secretary for acquisition at the Air Force in January. He lived in Loudoun County, Virginia, near Washington.
The Air Force had no immediate comment.
The Washington Post reported earlier this month that Riechers was briefly hired by a defense contractor, Commonwealth Research Institute, and paid $13,400 a month at the request of the Air Force after his old private-sector job ended and before the U.S. Senate confirmed him for the senior Air Force position.

What are TOPOFF 4 and VIGILANT SHIELD 08?: They are combined military and civil exercises
scheduled for mid-October that are the largest ever terrorism preparedness drills yet conducted.
When and where are these exercises?: They will take place October 15th to 19th, 2007 with incidents
primarily occurring in Guam, Oregon and Arizona.

The Air Force guy probably knew too much or couldn't live with what he knew....only thing I can figure.
I am beyond worried about west coast at this point. I have been a member of the Portland Nuclear Inquest since the end of last month. I receive posts via email as soon as they are posted. I am on the east coast and had many posts in my email when I got up at 6am EST. Since that time I have noticed no activity whatsoever with the group on the west coast. I am emailing to make sure all is ok.
I suspect possible power outages, cell and phone interruption will happen at some point today or tomorrow for them.
Believe me, anything unusual probably ties into this. |
