we need to find $100,000,000.00 in the federal budget to study this situation and find out why and how this was allowed to happen

so that it can be studied and reviewed over and over and those doing the reviewing can take weekend trips together to the 5 star hotels and get massages and all the perks that they will need to take away the stress from this tedious time consuming study and its ramifications to the worldwide corporations
